Yes, exactly same thing happened to me. Disputed the charge with Amex and Clements agency sending them papers with my "electronic " signature which I never signed. Also they are leaving themselves nice feedback on trust pilot website and as soon as I left negative review they blocked it and left me a negative review on google website! I advise everyone to go to trustpilot and leave them a review they deserve!

So your homework on these lot it's funny as all they have done is set themselve up for a serious fall and let them get wealthier first b4 it happens
As the level off con they have and are doing will give the Director Mr Gary Davies a good few yrs behind bars

I had a cold call from this company trying to sell their services. They promised a reduction in our business rate and a refund from the council. We ended up paying them nearly £900 and we never got anything in return as promised.
Their customer service manager is very rude, abrupt and unprofessional.
Their director was not any better.
Read the small print on their contract which they used to defend themselves stating by us signing their contract we had to pay them but they had no obligation to achieve any reduction or do any work !!!
Honestly avoid at all costs.

They certainly don't try very hard to explain their terms and conditions clearly, but quite the opposite and scam you out of £700. Took on our case even though we had tried it before with a different, proper company. They promised a new angle, which we were sceptical about but thought we'd give it a try, could be a lot of savings at the end of the day. That's how they get you. Essentially they'll just take the £700, like in other reviews unauthorized and without consent, by taking your card details when they take the 'deposit'  and then use your card details to just take the rest of the money. They'll take on a case even without any chance of winning, they'll still make the £700 without having to do anything. Don't be a fool like us and stay away from this company. All positive reviews must be written by their friends and family.

Experts are urging Chancellor Philip Hammond to freeze rises in commercial property tax bills in next month's spring statement after figures revealed above-inflation hikes are hitting nearly a quarter of a million business premises.

After business rate bills began hitting doormats across England last week, new figures from real estate adviser Altus Group reveal that over 242,000 firms face rises of more than 3 per cent in their business rates from April - with nearly 52,500 suffering increases of more than 20 per cent.

It comes despite Mr Hammond's pledge in the November Budget to bring forward the switch in the inflation measure used to calculate annual increases from 2020 to this April.

Don’t trust these people they are just a scam, look up their directors and their relationships to all the other companies listed above. Report them as I did.
Also wrote Google reviews and Trust Pilot reviews to warn others
