This is definetly the same crew working the same con as ive had site of their contracts and letters as my friend has had dealings with their other company IDC in bolton and their formats and layouts for both businesses are the same, even more so both companies  have replied to their complaints on the who calls me site and again you can see it has been written by the same person . so they believe we the pubic are that stupid to think that they can and would get away with this.
I'm going to email the Bolton trading standards and see what they have to say about these operations, as  im someone who has been repeatedly fobbed off and fobbed off by these people, I'm so glad that now we maybe able to bring these people to account!

Utilty bill helpline is a massive con that is run by people who have been conning people for years and years and years and are now claiming to be the 'Robin Hood' off the utilty and business rates sector.

Gary Davies is the ultimate 'MR BIG' of confidence fraud.
He has been running operations for years and years and years under so many different companies. Cleverly Davies has done his best to keep his name away from the companies he has directed but as a shadow director.
He has been behind the biggest business rates bogus companies such as IDC , LANESET UK, DUNCAN REGENTS plus many many more.
All these companies have been expertly devised by him too create a confidence fraud on a huge scale and as so far has not been convicted.
They always say that the people with the biggest ego's will in the end fall because of their ego and in this case Davies biggest mistake was to set up the 'utilty bill helpline' which claims to act as a company that advises people who have been 'conned' by business rates companies and utilty brokers to get their fees back for them that they paid to these rouge traders. The reason he is being so successful at what he's doing is because it is him and him alone who devised the confident con with the business rates and utilty brokerages he was involved in. He even had his own wife, brother, son and close friends set up companies on his behalf so he could build a huge database up to get to where he is now with 'utilty bill helpline', where all he does is contact people that he and his team have conned in the past with his business rates and utilty brokerage companies. He knows that these people he is contacting under the banner off 'utilty bill helpline' will be raw with being ripped off before as he was the one who did it. He then them and makes them feel as if he is there to help them and attacks the companies that he originally was behind as the shadow director   And cunningly gains their trust again and gets them a refund through their credit card company. Very clever.

The people behind this who claim to help businesess  get money back from bogus companies who are set up to scam people are the very people who have set up bogus companies for years to scam money out of small businesses around the uk by appealing business rates and then taking the money and running.  Every company they have been involved in has been liquated as soon as the authorities are hit on their heels. And most registered at exactly the same address as the one they have registered the 'utilty bill helpline' at.

They have already deceived small businesess for millions and millions  around the uk with the above mentioned companies and done absolutely diddly squat for the money their victims have been conned into having over as they believe they were going to get refunds on their business rates, once the money been handed over their victims files just closed down and a paper chase takes place to prolong the con being noticed.
Now they have set the 'utility bill saver' up to contact the very victims they have conned by their dodgy business rawtes companies to now offer refunds back to them by going to the credit card companies and claiming it back that way and then charging them a percentage off the fees reunited back with their victims.
So yes stay clear and yes contact the authorities if you have been a victim off any off their fraud.

As an ex employee of the Davies empire I'm disgusted to know I was trained to con!!!!

I am always concerned when I see businesses vocally criticising other businesses operating in the same industry - the reason they discredit competitors (possibly decently reputable companies in their own right) is usually to persuade you to sign up to their services at the expense of other companies - because it is firstly very poor business practice, and one usually finds problems closer to home.

I am therefore going to investigate www.utilitybillhelpline.co.uk to look at their own bold claims, and test the trustworthiness of their company using information already in the public domain.

On their website, they use the following contact address: Coopers House, 65a Wingletye Lane, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 3AT
This is their Registered Address as required by Companies House.  However they do not publish their actual trading address.  Why would a company not wish to provide this?
The Registered Address is a building used by Haines Watts Group which is an Accountancy firm - and presumably their accountants - so should you have a complaint against Utility Bill Helpline Ltd, you would not be able to physically find them.
They do NOT provide a telephone number, NOR an email address, so contacting them could prove problematic.
The Company Director as recorded at Companies House is Mr Gary Davies.
Gary Davies has a string of dissolved companies behind him which have been G DAVIES CONSULTANTS LTD (which was struck off after going into voluntary liquidation) and BUSINESS RATES HELPLINE LTD (which is showing as dissolved with a First notification of strike-off action in London Gazette (Section 652).
At the same home/service address provided to Companies House, Mrs Carron Davies, and Mr Marcus Reece Davies were Director and respective Company Secretary of DUNCAN REGENT ASSOCIATES LTD which was dissolved after being struck off after going into voluntary liquidation and was also a Business Rating Appeals Company which has been reported to be a SCAM COMPANY.

Already there seems to be a string of Business Rating Appeal Companies who appear to have misled and lied to companies, running off with substantial Up Front Fees.  The very thing Utility Bill Helpline are alleging other companies are doing before telling us that they have amazingly managed somehow of getting up front fees back to companies who have been ripped off by other companies!!!!!  How?  And then claiming to have saved them thousands of pounds through their own appeals?!!!!  Is that really a likely story?  When DUNCAN REGENT ASSOCIATES LTD and the BUSINESS RATES HELPLINE LTD seem to have developed quite a negative reputation of their own doing?  It doesn't convince me I'm afraid.

It is deeply concerning that the Utility Bill Helpline Ltd, also seems to be very much centred upon offering the services of Business Rate Reductions and would definitely occur to me to be a very large red flag.

This company has a LOT of Testimonials which name Companies which Gary Davies claims have misled and lied to consumers, and defrauded.  Having looked at the evidence, there are a tremendous amount of similarities between the 'customer testimonials' which lead me to form an opinion that they are fake.  Remember this is only my own opinion.  However, if they are fake, then please be wary of the comments they have made in relation to other companies in the same industry to them, because they may be lies.

Trading Standards will be asked to look into this case, and it will be up to Gary Davies to substantiate his Testimonials.  If they are indeed false, this constitutes 'canvassing business away from a trade or business' which is a criminal offence, by means of false representation (which is another). Not a concern when the whole thing has the potential of being a scam; locking customer's into costly and lengthy contracts on unfair terms.

If you trust this company or any of it's Claims and fantastic 'Testimonials' on their website, then look at the facts before you believe what you are told.

This so called Clements Company are still going as named.  I a currently having a major dispute with them over a sum of £770 that they took out of my bank by keeping my debit card details from the first initial payment I made.  They are all complete patronising, fraudulent, thieving liars!!!

we can see that the Davies family are positing their usual spam on here with their business rates news  to try and cover up the truths off their crimes that are being revealed on here.

Well Iv just been scammed by Clements agency group promising that it would only cost £70 and if I won the cost of £770 would be deducted if the winnings ! Well what a mug am I Iv just received a bill for £770 and not received a penny or won my appeal. I did not use a credit card to pay the £70 will they take me to court if I don't pay the £770 ? Help I'm only a small bussiness and feel a complete fool !

House price 380,000 when bought with money from his timeshare companies he operated which again where just pure scams.
Now house worth 1.4 million. All done up with illegal gains by conning the nation and still is.
