If you havent paid by credit card still complain to trading standards telling them you was miss lead and miss sold a product which they couldnt deliver.

They have had so many complaints about this firm and the more they get they will have to take action also complain about ther premium rate number they use.

As a number of rating scamming firms have been mentioned on these pages which firm has conned you.

hammer properties have said that my appeal has been rejected. I just punched in my postcode into the link and can't see any appeal details?? Does this mean that they've not lodged one at all?

Go into www.voa.gov.uk.then in the right hand corner it will say look at my val.then put in your postcode.then look at your premises.once that has come up there will be a column stating appeals.it will show a number.if there is no number showing no appeal has been submitted.if there is a number press it.it will then show what has happened to the appeal.notwithstanding that I bet hammer properties never inspected your premises.they are a rogue firm.

We all know how low some rating firms will sink but this story takes the biscuit.as you are aware from April the government has stated that all retailers with a rv below £50000 will get a refund of £1000.a firm called rating and valuation agency from Lancashire has submitted a bill for £250 for obtaining this reduction to a friend of mine although the refund had been obtained without any input from them.i cannot express my disgust.

According to their website huntcrown ltd trading as hammer properties have declared themselves as insolvent.having earnt fortunes from dubious appeals i find this astonishing.or is the reason that they done this is to protect their finances.i feel that the authorities may be looking into their conduct.this industry certainly has their fare shares of dodgy companies.
