Just had a silent call from these people. When you ring back a recorded message gives a number to ring which I did and they ask for all your personal details including your address so I told them I was reporting them to the Police if they ever ring again.  They say they are a Market Research Company so this is fraud if they told you they were from NatWest.

My advice - report them to the Police now as they may know who you bank with and worse, you could lose your ID.

Its from natwest usually call if you made a complaint or upgraded accounts

Simply a market research company. Although very annoying nothing sinister! they knew all about my call to Tesco Customer Service. People moan about CSC yet when get an opportunity to talk about it....moan about it!!!

Constant calls from these scumbags. Tonight at 8.20pm.  They simply won't take no for an answer.  Wanted to talk to my wife about her bank - when I asked him what bank he gave me some BS about confidentiality - so I asked my wife if she wanted to take yet another scam call, and of course she didn't.

So I told the caller to sod off and put the phone down.

They'll call again.  They always do and they hide behind some BS line about it being a survey rather then a sales call.

Caller said they were a market research agency conducting survey on agriculture.  Started survey and then got cut off.  They could be genuine but I am suspicious.

01233 648537 rang tonight and my husband spoke to them, they said they were my bank so my husband asked which bank and they then said they couldnt say because they were talking to him not to me so my husband told them if they cant say then they cant talk to her !

Keep getting these calls from this number around the same time every night,  though I don't answer them but wait on them leaving a message on which they don't.

I had a call from this number at 6:47pm. As soon as I answered the phone the person hung up. No idea who this is from, but it has happened a few times lately.

Cold caller company. Make them stop!

Same story as most others. Doing a survey on behalf of husbands bank but when asked which bank they wouldn't disclose. Very polite lady and when I told her not to bother calling back as we were TPS she started saying she wasn't selling anything but would leave it at that and not bother us again. Number blocked just in case.

I had the same they wanted my name before they would give the Bank detail which I refused to give  The person speaking said her telephone was 01233637000 which when rung is Baxs? International -I've reported this to Fraud   Ring 03001232040

You got more detail than I  I did get their Tel No (same as yours) and 2 names  a Maria Batkin  followed by  a Kathy Lee both wanted my name confirmed before they would give the Bank's name that the the survey ? was to be conducted.  I rung Fraud  To Report Ring 03001232040 and I've blocked their Tel No

Got two calls, no messages.

Keep getting unsolicited phone calls from number 01233648537.

This number has called me on two occasions in the last week. When I answered the call there was no reply. This habit of calling is not just a nuisance, it can cause a lot of domestic havoc.

I got a call from these people saying they were from a company called numwood and were representitives of my bank. i hung up and contacted my bank who confirmed they didnt know who they were. These people need to be watched.

Got a phone call from this number they said they doing a survey on behalf of natwest bank , gave them a answers but didn't sound so positive , think are crucks

I've been getting calls from this number daily at random times. Sometimes 2 or 3 missed calls a day.

I rang the number back to be greeted with an automated message saying they're a marketting company working on behalf of a number of well known companies. It goes on to give a number of 01233648453 to ring if you'd like to speak to a member of staff.

I did, and politely asked them to remove my number from their lists as i've no interest in whatever they're doing. That was a few days ago and i've had no further calls.
