Just come across this blog. I used to work for them in Spain back in 2011 and 2012. I made quite a bit of money at first but soon sussed what they were up to. I remember the Christmas Party in 2011 the AIMS Reclaim team came over from Blackburn I think it was and a finance guy opened his mouth too much and got beaten up. He must have put a claim in or something cos I and a few others were told to write statments saying he had attacked Bennetts wife. He hadnt but I didn't hang around to see what happened in the end. I wonder what happened to the poor sod.

What a surprise, there....... AIMS et all will even stoop to brutal force on a fellow colleague to keep the whole scam quiet. I am not shocked to be honest.

No one gets a refund from AIMS et al..................................... Hence, the AIMS brand scam. As past posts, report them to the MOJ, FOS & CMR. Take the time out and be pro active.

So, this confirms the virtual office scenario and avoidance of the MOJ Licence terms. Interesting, I shall be onto the MOJ, CMR & FOS 7 HMRC straight way. You have nothing to hide, yet you openly abuse your MOJ licence terms and continue to scam people. How do you live with yourself? And abusing your staff member in such a brutal manner is that acceptable?

So, as I gather, you were appointed in Sept-2013 as per Companies House Data and it is only now that you have the audacity to communicate on this BLOG. Why aren't you addressing these issues and refunding the individuals that you have taken money from, are you going to continue with the malpractice of the AIMS company/companies? As a Director, isn't that in your remit? Address these issues and the profound malpractice of AIMS on a whole. The entire AIMS outfit is shambolic and MOJ, CMR & FOS are aware of your misconduct.

It is not surprising that the newly appointed Director has gone quiet not only has she to deal with the malpractice of AIMS Legal but also the liquidation of AIMS International. The refunding of individuals is highly unlikely and hardly her priority. Lets face it, her priority is to continue with the malpractices of AIMS and to meet her targets, whether weekly/daily by scamming individuals of their reclaims and pension pots. And rest assured AIMS are under the radar of the MOJ, CMR, FOS and the Metropolitan Police and lastly the VAT man.
