- T Norman replies to DavidRelates to AIMS International going into liquidation and AIMS Legal will be pursued for @£1.9 million. Watch this space.
And look back on the judgement. http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2013/2232.html Adam Bennett AIMS International part of a massive multi million pound fraud and conspiracy/Page 20. - David replies to Michelle Clarke| 3 repliesSo, as I gather, you were appointed in Sept-2013 as per Companies House Data and it is only now that you have the audacity to communicate on this BLOG. Why aren't you addressing these issues and refunding the individuals that you have taken money from, are you going to continue with the malpractice of the AIMS company/companies? As a Director, isn't that in your remit? Address these issues and the profound malpractice of AIMS on a whole. The entire AIMS outfit is shambolic and MOJ, CMR & FOS are aware of your misconduct.
- RMcGinty replies to David| 2 repliesIt is not surprising that the newly appointed Director has gone quiet not only has she to deal with the malpractice of AIMS Legal but also the liquidation of AIMS International. The refunding of individuals is highly unlikely and hardly her priority. Lets face it, her priority is to continue with the malpractices of AIMS and to meet her targets, whether weekly/daily by scamming individuals of their reclaims and pension pots. And rest assured AIMS are under the radar of the MOJ, CMR, FOS and the Metropolitan Police and lastly the VAT man.
- Ex (short term) Employee| 2 repliesJust thought you'd be interested to know that Aims have now changed their name to Eden Solutions and are starting their pensions section up again.
- T Norman replies to Ex (short term) EmployeeHow very interesting, no surprises there. However, I am currently pursing all options with regard to exposing the AIMS et all via consumer shows. I am in direct contact with WatchDog and as I say I do not have a hidden agenda, my ultimate AIM is to highlight the malpractices of the entire company. So as they say, watch this space and if all Blog users that have been misled by AIMS and related companies, please continue to contribute in a positive manner.
- RMcGinty replies to Ex (short term) EmployeeIt is the ponzi scenario all over again.

- Clare replies to T NormanWhat a laugh, she has a don't mess with me attitude and suits her corrupt role at AIMS Legal.
- I got dun| 2 repliesI had phone call from AIMS review and told them I wanted to discuss situation and claim with husband over the weekend (back in March 2013) unfortunately for me although they agreed to put on hold all the necessary, they went ahead without my authority and took £299 from my account. I have written loads of letters, e-mailed, phoned - funnily enough they don't receive calls in the same way they make them. I have reported to the CAB Fraud squad, MOJ - seems a waste of time, Financial obudsman, The Guardian Trading Standards and my bank. I still have not had my promised refund.
I am registered disabled and I have been working through the death of my mother and managing her estate, this whole business has caused untold stress and worry.
How do these people keep on doing what they do why don't any powers that be act and shut them downAIMS- Caller: AIMSReview
- RMcGinty replies to I got dun| 1 replyI feel for you and your current situation. AIMS Review/Reclaim preyed on me too and took advantage of my predicament!! These people have no moral scruples or ethics, all we are is a statistic to this shambolic company which is a complex can of worms and of course they are quids in. Do not give into this company, stand your righteous and legal ground. And report them again to the MOJ, CMR & FOS. I am currently in contact with a well known journalist who has taken a keen interest in this website and all of the AIMS associated companies which include Liverbird Collections, AIMS Legal and AIMS International (in liquidation).Watch this space for and update in due course.
Rest assured like you I was outwitted by AIMS Review/Reclaim and I will continue to fight my corner and I will continue to expose their PPI/Pension malpractices across the board and keep on at the MOJ because they have abused their licence terms. Please feel free to Email me privately: rhenamcginty@gmail.com. - EJ Davis replies to RMcGintyI am an elderly lady, but able. This company Aims Review-Reclaim, last week called me on numerous occasions wanting to discuss my private pension. The company is here, AIMS on this website. This outfit wanted £299 straight from me in order to re invest my private pension schemes. They declared a direct fee of £299 on the phone and payable over the phone. I terminated the call and consulted my son, as I felt I was being forced into paying for services I was unsure of and about. My son, located this web site and was horrified by the doings of this Aims company and hence we have written onto this website together. We were fortunate, I could have lost a lot of money to these Aims people and it is my money and my families futures. Mrs E.J. Davis.
liging bank prior to these people wanting - Tracy herricks replies to Angry.comNo you doint give back the money in 12months I have been waiting 18 months and still haven't received a penny I have rang lots of times and wrote letters I have been made redundant in that time and life's been hard but you still will not refund my money
- Tracy herricks| 6 repliesI need to find out how to get my money back £250.00 from aims direct ?
- Caller: Aims direct
- RMcGinty replies to Tracy herricks| 2 repliesRead through past posts and you will realise that AIMS do not refund the money full stop. AIMS cover themselves by classifying it as membership fee for their services. As I have stated on numerous occasions be proactive and report your case to the MOJ, FOS & CMR. Please do this now.
- Nearly Got done replies to RMcGinty| 1 replyThey are now saying they can reclaim PPI for NHS Staff. I contacted them through NHS discounts (assumed NHS discounts would have reputable companies services offered) and someone phoned me back.
No card details exchanged hands but I receievd an email from a russell payne with information to complete to persue my claim.
Obviously reading this thread I dont want anything to do with them. I have to cancel in writing within 14 days to stop the claim. I dont want to be a victim of the membership fee. Even though they have no bank details of mine.
Website still registers a blackburn mail address. Whats the best way to get hold of them? - RMcGinty replies to Nearly Got doneThis is the current address as posted by AIMS:
Unit 4 Arkwright Court
Ground Floor
Commercial Road
Darwen
BB3 0FG
However, do the honourable task and report AIMS malpractices to the MOJ, FOC & CMR..Add value to this webite/blog. AIMS are a corrupt firm and the more they are reported and exposed to the MOJ, FOC & CMR the better an outcome for us all. - Ex (short term) Employee replies to Tracy herricks| 2 repliesYou and so many others !! Good luck with that one
- Ha Ha replies to Ex (short term) Employee| 1 replyLooks like things are happening www.aimsreclaim.co.uk has been taken down and I hear the MOJ inspected them last week.
