What, amazing, so finally AIMS & companies will finally face corruption charges both in Spain and the UK. About time too.

Aims review representative Tracey sillars called my father to take out ppi review taking 299 pounds off  him for the pleasure. The review was not carried out properly. After 13 months I am trying to get his money back as promised , do not hold out much hope, but I am going on holiday yo Spain this year you never know. My father is 85 nearly dying in January sleep well Tracey .

Well as you know yourself many of us have been scammed via AIMS with the fee of £250 or £299. Yes it is disgusting, as they scammed me too. Please take sometime out and report them to the MOJ asap.

Messrs Salter and Costello were involved in the MRI furniture pack scam a few years ago so their activities with AIMS is nothing new to them. I believe they are still being investigated for that
Bennett and Edwardson still cockily drive around in their Ferraris and Slater in his black Porsche Cayenne so much so it IS sickening
If anyone wants to visit them they can be found in El Rosario beach side next to OpenCor. Go down stairs to basement where you will find the rats in their nest.

An update sent to me from Companies House:

On 12 Jan 2014 you requested that we monitor the company AIMS LEGAL LTD for changes.

The following changes have been detected:

The Company's Annual Accounts are now OVERDUE
The company accounts were expected to be submitted by 4 Mar 2014

Have just received an email from 'Alexander House Financial Services' stating that Aims Legal 'recommended that they contact me as they felt they could offer me assistance with my financial arrangements now or in the near future!!! Do you think they can help me recover my £250 back from Aims Reclaim !!!? Hmmmm....now there's a thought...Its nearly 2 years since I had that fateful telephone call and I am no nearer to receiving any of the money back

Has anyone tried phoning Aims Reclaim customer service lately..message saying this service is not available....

Now there's a surprise !.......NOT !!

I have been trying for 6 months to get my £250 back on the basis that if Aims were unsuccessful in all the claims they were pursuing then a refund would be given.
Apparently this £250 is a subscription for any additional services that they offer.This was not said in their selling scam.
I have complained to the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE who have just written to me informing that the company surrendered their authorisation to conduct regulated claims management services from 28/12/2013.
It would appear that they also trade under different names with Aims being used in all of them.
I have been asked to get the refund via my credit card company under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

AIMS et all is one shocker of a company. £250 is nothing to them as they assign it to AIMS Legal/Projects not AIMS Review/Reclaim. I have been through the loops with this entire outfit. But believe me, what comes around goes around. Roll on the MOJ and Fraud Squad.

I have been taken to the cleaners and back with AIMS. Do NOT engage with this company. I have no gagging order with the County Court, but believe me they will get their comeuppance. Can you believe this........... AIMS called me today @ my 2 private pensions. I politely told them to BOG off and to never contact me again. Do not engage with this company, becacause in the long run, you will loose out and they will profit. Do not engage with AIMS et all..
