I have been receiving calls daytime, night time & weekends from this number. They caller ask's for personal details which I refuse to give, I ask for anything they want to know to be put in writing. They always say they have done this, though I've never received anything. They say it's important that I go to my local branch, I've done this on several occassions but my branch dont have any issues with me but say the number is their number. They advise I call the number! I have now reported it to the police and have a crime number as this is considered harassment. The calls still continue.......!!!!!! This is driving me nuts!!!!

I have about 4 of these calls per day even on Christmas Eve! They are for my son who has been made redundant 3 times in just over a year and is now receiving stress counselling. They are causing me personal harassment as I work full time and apart from leaving messages on my answerphone they ring me when I preparing tea,evenings and weekends and I wish I could block them completely. They cannot even pronounce his name properly and one even asked for him as Doctor (Name).. He is certainly not a doctor.

Have been receiving calls from this number for three years (!) now, since I moved in. I have explained that the old tenants are no longer here, but doesn't seem to make any difference at all. Am truly fed up with the situation and makes me wonder every time I go to answer the phone. Friends now know to ring me on my mobile, for this exact reason.

This IS LloydsTSB, it's their credit control team, it's no hoax or scam, but yes I've also reported them for harrassing me with 5 or 6 calls a day for someone who nolonger lives here, but they refuse to remove this number from their lists... and still they call...

my husband is a lloyds TSB Bank manager and he advises me that this is not in any way shape or form a lloyds number, although it keeps ringing us like 6 or 7 times a day!!

This bunch of idiots phone when they like and think they can talk you you anyway they like. Lloyds TSB (not even my bank lol) if you need to make redundancies this year please make sure its this idiot department you shut down.

Being harrassed at home by rude male calling from this number, if this is Lloyds TSB they need to change their policy, I am also reporting them to the FSA as asking for personal details and when I asked them to put it in writing they said they could not do so?????  Will continue to ignore calls.

I have been harrassed all thourhg out Xmas by this no. and they have called sometimes up to 6 times a day.  As with the comments, I feel they are not ligimate as they won't give me their tel no etc and want my personal details.  They should be stopped or Lloyds need to change their policy and they won't get anyhwre harrassing customers like this!

An Indian sounding lady rang my mobile on a Sunday, apparently from Lloyds TSB saying there was a problem with my account and asking for the verification number. I said I didn't want to discuss this, and certainly not on a Sunday. Goodbye and hung up. Rang Lloyds TSB and they said that they didn't know the number (in Brighton) and that I should not be asked for verification numbers. Recently there has been a lot about 'bank scams' on the local radio.

every day 3& 4 times day & night, so I flipped and roared down the phone, hope it works? Dont have caller I D. so it could have been a genuine caller(  I dialled 1471 after  my hopefully earpiercing roar)to check incase I needed to apologise to someone but it was as I guessed the nuisance caller.its too bad we have to resort to this sort of thing I dont know how to make them stop.

i had one off these calls today at 2 in the afternoon asking me for my bank details and date off birth my address and my account number i put the phone down on the prick

Arhhhhhhh we totally agree with most of the above,we are at the point of!!!! i,m going to end up swearing down the phone,but i,m really not that rude,but it gets really frustrating, i,m quite a strong willed person,but i feel sorry for people who are quite vunerable,and! we have plan set up and they have taken payments out since sept,and had letters confirming,but STILL the calls ???!!!!! come on T.S.B !!!! whats that all about????
 BUT !!! we actually went to see them !!! 6 months before we acctually got into dept to try and sort this out,because we knew it was going to happen , THEY !!! didnt want to know!!!!.

Lloyds tsb collection department.  My fault as I missed a c/card payment.  I did have a laugh with them though.  When I eventually spoke to someone I opened with "For your information this call may be recorded for any future correspondence and claims of incompitence against your company"  There was a deadly silence but eventually he saw the funny side of it.

The truth is guys - this is Lloyds TSB Collections Departmart - you are being contact because you have defaulted on payments. Just answer the call and sort some kind of payment plan with them the calls will stop. To be receiving these calls you are three or more payments behind on the agreement. It is not classed as harrassment if you are in the wrong.

These people are the most incompetent idiots on the planet. In November they kept calling me everyday. I just ignored it or kept hanging up on them cos i don't even bank with tsb, I have a credit card with HSBC but its set up so the balance is paid in full from my current acct at the end of evey month so i knew there was no reason for them to call me.

Eventually i was so angry that when they called yet again and asked me to confirm my identity i yelled at them down the phone and told them to f*** off, then i rang tsb and they said they didn't know anything about it but the calls stopped anyway.

Now today they have started again i already have 2 missed from them! These idiots are making my life a misery. I was looking into a fixed deposit at tsb last year but there is no way in hell i woud ever bank with them EVER - if they are this incompetent when i don't even have an account with them, imagine what they would be like if i was a customer!

How can i make them stop?
