I have had 4 calls now from this number and they have never left a voice mail, which I believe if it is a financial call they should. I googled the number and arrived at this site. I have a caed with lloyds but am in contact with them. I will be barring that number from my mobile and informimg the police tomorrow. The area code is from Brighton, England.

I just received (on 5th November '09 at 15:14) a call from this, 01273743574, number, a foreign accented male said he was calling from LloydsTsb, he referred to me by name but then said it was a mistake.
I asked which department was he ringing from?
He became very, very evasive and hung up!

Been having calls from these people for months  asking for my husband. If they get no answer on mobile then they immediately call the land land line.  I started to have a bit of my own fun when they call speaking in a realy deep voice and asking them to come and join the party and eventually they hung up.  after having atleast 3 calls every day for the next 3 weeks I got fre up. Every time they rand, they asked to confirm my adress.  My reply now is.. If you have my number, you will also have my adress.  Anything you need to  discuss with me can be put in writing and sent to me through the post. I had about 4 more calls where they hung up after I said 'Hello'. now I am getting calls from the same number and nobody speaks.

Got silent call at 3.24pm on Nov 8th, 1471 gave me 01273743574, called it back got recorded message saying its Lloyds TSB trying to contact me and gave me number 08456006297. Calling that asks for account number. Had this a few times so looked into it a bit more, don't even have anything with Lloyds TSB.
Gave their fraud department a quick call, he said that all calls from them are withheld numbers, not to give out ANY info, that if unsure you can call them back using the phone number on your card, and that there is fraud like this going on at the moment.
I'm not 100% it is Lloyds or a scam, but if the number calls again will need to take action as its getting annoying, and from reading this page been happening since 2007.

repeated calls even after I informed them that I would only converse via letter. These thickos dont understand english so dont bother talking to them. Next time they call just say "sorry you have a wrong number". Seams to be working for me !!

I get calls from this number several times a week: It is a collection agency working on behalf of Lloyds TSB. My account was in arrears, and so I phoned Lloys TSB and have organised repayment with them. I have not missed any payments, and am repaying exactly as discussed with them, however I continue to get these calls. So frustrating, I occassionally answer and the caller is so heavily-accented I struggle to understand what is being asked of me. I have been into branch and they have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my repayment scheme. A total nuisance!!

I am the same repeated calls, can barely understand each other. I have already sorted out my minor debt with Lloyds and switched accounts to Nat West   there is another way...............!

I also have been recieving calls from this number every second day - apparently they are from Lloyds Bank - whatever. They are even asking for the wrong person. I have just reported them for stalking to my service provider. Hope that sorts them out!

These people have been calling me for months. They are Lloyds TSB collections department, based in India.  I have instigated legal action against them which is currently in the process of going to court, and they were calling me five times a day at one stage.  They got bored and stopped for a while, but it looks like it has started up again as the court date approaches.  I find it offensive that someone who speaks very poor English can leave unintelligible messages on my phone, as early as 8 am on a Sunday, expecting me to call them back and discuss my account with them.  I don't know these people and won't have anything to do with them.

Constantly getting calls to my mobile asking for another person ...... to which I constantly have told them that I am not her! I also keep getting txt messages asking me to contact them about my account. Have spoken with local Lloyds tsb where I am a customer who sttaed they will sort this ..... Two months ago, I am still waiting

caller rings a lot of the time then does,nt answer, other times not expecting male voice.some nights  calls  10 times even on sundays.

Just had a message left on my mobile from this number. They are claiming to be from Lloyds (Indian guy) and asked me to phone them back. I have missed my credit card payment this month so that could be why but they can kiss my ar*e! I've started legal action against them and they're getting nasty so they wont be seeing their money anytime soon.

This fake 'solicitors firm' (in actuality, more of LTSB clueless call jockeys) might have to shut down, if this Friday's share performances are anything to go by...

had a few calls in the last  days asking for my son. He doesn't live here anymore so I told them to take the nummbert off the data base. said they would but haven't, just rang.

8 am and 5pm..on the dot..they ring my landline num...11am they ring my mobile, this is every day since start of november.  my credit card is up to date so why they harrassing me i dont know!!!

They rang my house phone last week asking for my son
I asked what they wanted him for as he is disabled and im his carer and they just hung up!
They rang back an hour later so once again i answered and they said the same so i told them the same and the caller then said its about a credit card problem he has and asked can he please ring them back
When i said no he is DISABLED and does NOT have a credit card with you they hung up
They ring now upto 8 times a day!
There bloody annoying!

These parasites keep calling for my Mum - usually when she's out.  They are from Lloyds TSB.  When I say that she's not home they hang up without a word.  The are the most rude, arrogant bunch of cretins I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with.  The sooner Lloyds TSB disappear the better - they are an absolute shambles of a bank.
