They are a calling center based in India and when i spoke to Lloyds TSB they said that is definately not them and there is nothing wrong with my account.
They ask for my DOB but never gave any info.

- JudithIndian woman called and asked to speak to somebody I've never heard of in my life. When I said I did not know that person, she started shouting and threatening to vandalise my property. I asked her how she would do that when she's obviously in India and hung the phone up before she could reply.

- POver a period of 3 months I have regularly been recieving calls from this number for an ex tennent of the place I am currently renting. Much like others I have ceaselessly tried to get my number removed from the call list. After a few (10+) times I started asking for the supervisor who assured me that as she was talking to me she was removing my number. A week passed until this afternoon when once again I asked for a supervisor. I extracted a name for this 'Manager' as he titled himself; Ijit T. I even asked him to spell it. Once he realised I am serious about his job he backed off becoming cagey about details, so I rang off. I called BT who passed me to the nuisance call centre, who passed me on to the LloydsTSB fraud department reachable on 0845 602 5669. After several times on hold the guy on the other end had reached no suitable conclusion to my problem claiming ignorance to which dept. was calling, and suggested if they call again I should find out the dept. number. Having read about this number, and the number offered by the recorded message on dialing 1471 (which is 0845 600 6297), I will have no problems in redialling the fraud dept. tomorrow with relevent details in order to reach my one main aim-a simple letter of apology and the freshly severed heads (okay not really but I'm sure you know that desperate, helpless feeling) of the many (or is it few) who have ignored the consistant plea of "the person you are trying to reach no longer resides here, I am unable to help in your enquiry please remove my number from your database regarding said person". Beware Ijit T 'Manager' of Lloyds TSB credit card department, and the other female 'supervisor' who openly lied to me; I want you and your team fired and I won't be placated until you grovel for forgiveness!

- JennyAnother person with problems here, constantly calling!! generally have between 3 or 4 calls in the morning before 9am sometimes more throughout the day and a few more in the evening after 8pm.
The moment you mention the CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) they generally slam the phone down on you ^_^, earlier after a meeting regarding this and other issues pertaining to our situation we were recommended to call the OFT (Office of Fair Trading) because they felt it was over the top.- Caller: Lloyds TSB (Indian Call Center)

Why do you half-heartedly persist in continuing to try (badly!) in functioning as a half-decent company? That facade was exposed long ago. Why continue to cost public money?
Better to just let yourselves die off and waste away without trace. Considering how much staff you're haemorraging, you might not have a choice.

- ChrisRepeated calls to my home, mobile and work numbers (how did they get them!!). Indian sounding people, male and female. Say they are with Lloyds. Ask for personal data straight away but refuse to say what it is about when challenged. Have contacted bank and CC companies from numbers obtained off official web site and they say they have no knowledge of the problem.

- DavidThese calls are made from India and routed through a uk call centre. I have been receiving these calls for years, evenings, sundays, bank holidays (sic), these people have no limits. I am now logging the calls in order to build a case for harassment, my branch say there is nothing they can do. However, the manager of my branch (where my account is held) is liable and proceedings will be taken against him in the near future.

Yesterday I decided to keep them talking and turned the harassment back onto them asking the caller to give me her banking details as well as other things before we proceed with the call. I managed to keep them on the telephone for 30 minutes and pretty much had them suck for words.

- kalianethey have rang me 42 times in in 2 weeks. my account and credit card with lloyds are under a debt management plan and lloyds have been told this several times and have been told that they are no longer to deal with me personally. the have to deal with the debt company yet they still ring me.

- kenderweaselThe reason that people with mobiles are gettting calls from these people, despite never having banked with Lloyds, is that mobile numbers are recycled after 3-6 months. If the person before you had been in contact with Lloyds, then they will have a record of your number.
I had a call from them today - 3 days after getting my new mobile number.
I have explained to them that I do not bank with them (giving no personal details) and that I do not want any more calls - time will tell if this has worked. - plymouth manhaving just received a call off some indian speaking guy who said there was something wrong with my account, I confronted him by saying that this was not a cosha call, he replied, "yes, there is a problem" on that note I said to him " I'm gonna hang up", he said "yes", so I did....strange thing is...he knew my name!!!! There must be a big inside job going on here, either chip and pin readers being read at the local 'corner shop' or something bigger, I do not believe that these people work for LLoyds TSB....Police and Bank will be informed.

- sharoni have 1 text message, 1 call on my mobile and one on my house phone EVERY single day.... i do NOT have a bank account with Lloyds tsb... they ask for my DOB for which i will not give them.. they have both my phone numbers so when asked i gave them my address.... but they say it is wrong.. SORRY BUT I KNOW MY OWN ADDRESS...!!!!!!!..... they state they do not send out letters??? what bank doesnt send out letters???? i live in jersey but this call is from england...??? i CAN NOT open an account in england if i live in Jersey unless i go to england to do it.....
