I have a debt with Lloyds TSB and I am currently seeking help from CAB who have kindly asked Lloyds TSB only to make contact with them yet these b****rds are still ringing me at least four times a day - firstly on my landline and then within seconds on my mobile.  I am feeling threatened by them and feel that this can only be described as harassment.  Any ideas how I can stop them calling?  I am self employed and they are beginning to cause me humiliation as my landline and mobile are in fact work numbers.  Sometimes I may have a customer with me and if they ring me on my mobile they will leave a message (in broken Indian English) and I cannot ignore this call as my mobile will constantly ring until I have listened to their message.  If they want me to pay them some money I suggest they leave me alone to try to earn some money instead of constantly harassing me.  I have received six calls from them today.  I hate LLoyds TSB.

i will be writing to lloyds tsb to tell them to stop phoning and to only contact me by mail..although i am verydoubtful this will happen.
i have credit card debt with them and have had 3phone calls today already...
i dont answer my phone anymore due to these phone calls.
i use 1471 now.
i suffe with manic depression( part of the reason i got into this damn debt in the first place, but no tan excuse)
this harrassment agrivates my illness..my anxiety is through the roof.

These calls are generated by Lloyds TSB collection centre automatic call system called Neo, they adjust frequency of calls according to the priority of your debt. Calls can be made very frequent ie 4 times an hour if chose. If this happens to you also check your phone line immediately after a call from them you will find it has been disabled for up to 10 mins. I recommend you tell them to check their own number on this website and tell them you are aware of Super Neo software and that it is illegal under the communications act- also threaten them with redress. Do not give out confidential information as that leaves you vulnerable. There is major Court case forthcoming involving harrassment from this bank-they are in for one hell of a shock.

Today called my mobile and then my home landline, which is odd as I didnt give them a forwarding address and phone number when I moved house. I didnt answer, but Im concerned that they have a number that I didnt give them

we were getting calls at all times of the day and evenings, so we bought one of them truecall blockers, one of the best things we ever invested in.

I've was called at 17:04 on 13/06/10 from telephone number 01273 734574 by someone claiming to be from the Lloyds TSB. I was asked to give out security information before he would tell me "something important" regarding my bank account. I know exactly where I stand on my bank account and suspect that this was a call designed to get personal information out of me. I hung up and dialed 1471.

Got a call on my mobile from this number on the 11th. For a start I never give any bank or businesses my mobile phone number which made me wary from the get go. During the conversaion they spoke about my lloyds tsb credit card which is apparently in debt at the moment. I do not have a lloyds tsb credit card, or an active lloyds tsb account. I then asked them to arrange for me to go to the bank as I refused to give details over the phone and they hung up on me.

To me it had all the hallmarks of a scam. If its not a scam, lloyds need to employ far better people do deal with their calls and they need to check the records before phoning. They havent phoned again since however like most calls I assume they will.

I too am on a debt management plan with the CCCS. Lloyds TSB have had no issues with this for the last year, so I wonder why they now feel the need to contact me so regularly. If the bank writes to me then I will respond appropriately, but until then they'll only get my voicemail.

i've recently had 3 phone calls in the last 24 hours, the caller said they are lloyds tsb and they ask me my date of birth etc... so i just hang up... BEWARE

I know who this is. It is SCM Solicitors based in Brighton who are working for Lloyds TSB because the number matches one of my nasty letters.

had 5 calls in the last hour and a half good thing mobile rejects it so i dont have to speak to them

When you owe money to the bank, clear it! if not our systems are designed in a way that till you don't agree for a pymt plan or till you agree to clr your debt, you will get around 8-10 calls in a day, so pick that call agree for pymt plan, then it will stop

keep getting silent calls from this number. there are about 2 a day now - getting really annoying

Dude iits from the collections dept, if you dont answer you will fall into charges and debt, so give them choices with you doob first line oof address and postcode, so you''ll know it them..... else contact 0845 600 6281

Please don't mistake such calls, but we are calling just to inform you of your unplanned OD amount, which will lead to charges.

Please dont take such calls personally, but a small amount can lead to massive charges, monitor your account.
