- claudelame| 10 repliesYour business and or employer should look into filing a cease and assist against this mortgage company. In most states, creditors are not allowed to call someone at their place of employment once they are told not to call.

- Mark replies to A Non E Mouse| 1 replyI am sorry about the comments left by the others, i do agree the charges are too high, infact i am planning to team up with Christains Against Poverty group, so that i can help them to help their clients, i have been with the collections for 4Years and the way how the banks have increased their charges is so frustruating, its you[me] at the other end of the line who gets shouted at for the charges, i am helpless we are not authorised to remove such charges anymore as the bank have changed their stand with us. HERE IS SOMETHING USEFUL FOR ALL-LET US SAVE EVERY MONEY THAT WE GET, TO GET OUT OF DEBT. WE HAD ALSO COME UP WITH A DEBT FREE FORM you will have to check with your branch managers, take this form pay 90Pounds and be free for 12Months, no calls, no letters etc. But after 12 months please save money and clear you debt.
- Mark replies to claudelame| 9 repliesgive them your mobile number or any other number, ask them to change it instead of you work number.
- A Non E Mouse replies to Joshua| 2 repliesA Truecall system does and will stop you, together with a record of every time you've called. And every instance you call, you won't even realise you're call-barred.
- A Non E Mouse replies to MarkMany people already do face issues. I'd be worried when Royds' share prices stagnates again - this government may well have very different ideas from the last one as regards bailouts.
Personally, I'd have left Royds' to rot and die. - A Non E Mouse replies to MarkI don't have a debt. And try not to sell anything - if I was going to take out banking services, I'd go to a proper bank to do it, and not Royds TSB.
- A Non E Mouse replies to Mark| 6 repliesYou could not call ANY number, and do everything in writing, like you should be.
- Mark replies to A Non E Mouse| 4 repliesHi, First of all i dont sell anything, but if you would like to take my word or would like to know about these things i can help, cause i work under the colletions dept. I am a son of a business man, and shortly i will be doing a bit of charity work and then i will work with my dad as the Vice-president in his office. But still i will be helping the people who are in debt by joining certain organisations. Secondly if we write to you the letter that we sent out may reach you within 7days and sometimes it may not...During this time, your account will be bombarded with unplanned overdraft fees, interest etc, so always monitor your account atleast on a weekly basis, so that you will not be into any kind debt. if you do have any kind of direct debit, please cancel it as this will remove funds from your account without your knowledge, making you go over the overdraft limit. if its gets returned, you will be charged 20-25Pounds per direct debit. I will keep in touch through this site.
- Mark replies to A Non E MouseHi, there is a new option for all those in debt, its called DRO, or DEBT RELIEF ORDER, this can be obtained from any Llyods bank from the manager, here the features are:
-the charges on the account stops adding for 12Months.
-No calls from any call centers or any other departments.
-1year relief to repay the debt etc.
-Best substitute for bankruptcy.
-cost is 90Pounds, but please check with respective branch managers.
People who have gone bankrupt have really not understood or considered what bankruptcy means, so please consider this as the best option. - Joshua replies to Mark| 1 replyHi Ya Mark, i dont know much about you pal, but pretty soon we are gonna meet! Its gonna be awful when we speak face to face pal.
- A Non E Mouse replies to Mark| 3 repliesNo, don't keep in touch and don't recommend anything - Royds' word or the word of its staff means nothing at all.
Best thing people can do is move to another bank.
Practically any other bank, because Royds TSB is not a bank - it's a gaggle of incompetent [***] artists who don't know what they're doing.
That's why the whole company had to be bailed out, whereas it should have been left to fold and die off - like any other business in the UK would when they don't perform up to scratch. - Mark replies to A Non E Mouse| 2 repliesWhat have i done other than working for this bank?. Do you know how much it hurts people like me to hurt others with all these nasty charges? Do you know how hard it is to tell a person about the bank charges? Do you know that a good caller would change to a bad caller because we had told him/her of these charges? I do my level best for them and put them on payment plan, once such customer was Mrs Fiona H-I told her everything about how the payment plan works etc, told her not to use the funds which the bank puts into her account as this was meant to cover her charges. I even made her write all these things down, but still she went ahead and took the funds out, whereby she gave the bank an opportunity to charge her more than what was charged before.then came Mr John Rait i spent hours with him on phone letting him know why he had gone overdrawn and how and why he was charged, but still he used funds and went overdrawn and i gave him a chance of being under a payment plan, even though my collegues said 'this guys doesnt deserve it'.today he have lost everything including his house.
Even if you bank with another bank, if you still dont develop a habit called saving, and if you are not careful, then you will be the one who will be left with no food on a winter's night. - Joshua replies to Mrs M NashYou dont have an account with us? may be your husband Mr.Nash. due to telephone issues or bad line you hear it as Mrs Nash... Your Hubby is in debt with us, open his statements he have spent on gambling etc, so time to pin you hubby down and ask him what he is doing with you money.....
- Joshua replies to MarkHey Mark, dont write stories, cause you are not gonna be here anymore, there is no were you can hide or run cause, i am gonna hunt you down-boy like a hunter
- A Non E Mouse replies to MarkAre you some kind of a mental case? Why are you posting messages under different names minutes apart from each other?
"What have i done other than working for this bank?" - Exactly. You work for this bank. That's punishable enough.
"Do you know how much it hurts people like me to hurt others with all these nasty charges?" - I bet it kills you.
"Do you know how hard it is to tell a person about the bank charges?" - I would have thought it was very easy saying 'you've been charged'.
"Do you know that a good caller would change to a bad caller because we had told him/her of these charges?" - You get good callers, do you? When did this happen?
Most of the rest of your message is utter crap, and I hope you're not citing real customers' names and cases. I also don't particularly care about your dealings with customers, and the phrase "today he have lost everything including his house" gives your game away are complete and utter [***].
"Even if you bank with another bank" - Which is the sensible thing to do.
"if you still dont develop a habit called saving, and if you are not careful, then you will be the one who will be left with no food on a winter's night." - What's savings got to do with Royds TSB collections? - mr.tonLet me tell all you debt collecting/bank working SCUM that your days of being able to CON the public are OVER.
You ve got no legal powers whatsoever - only a court does,
You ve got a damn cheek bailed out with OUR money & you still feel the urge to add charges = you p*ss taking tw@ts.
Thanks to the many consumer websites out there, millions of people now are simply refusing to pay their debts - good on them!
The debt collection industry is crumbling & the banks are crumbling! HAHAHAHA LOL LOL- Caller: Banksarescum
- Fred Bassett replies to A Non E Mouse| 1 replyHi Anon, how's it going?
Thought I'd pop in to give you my support. I wonder what it is that makes these idiots give up their free time to support their pathetically-paid jobs?
I would urge anyone reading this thread not to deal on the telephone with Lloyds or anybody else who is chasing them for a debt. As I'm sure has been stated already, get it all in writing. People like 'Mark' like to threaten you with all sorts of things that they just can't do to try and make you pay up. The telephone is their one and only weapon, so disarm them. By doing this, you will frustrate the call centre threat monkeys and make it harder for them to earn their weekend alcopop money and the funds required for clearasil. In addition, it adds to their costs. Sign up with the Consumer Action Group and you learn how to deal with these idiots. Ultimately, the CAG will lead to job losses for spotty oiks like Mark - Lloyds TSB are already taking a massive hit because they threw all their paperwork away!! Not only that, but the merger with Halifax was a disaster because they were bounced into it by 'Mr Prudence' and didn't carry out sufficient levels of due diligence. Whoops.
More redundancies are one the way for Lloyds/Halifax I understand. The ones announced so far are just the tip of the iceberg and what is to follow will be 'eye watering'. My understanding - from very good sources - is that the new joint company is planning to keep the 'brightest and best' from both former organisations and get rid of the 'dross'. I've heard figures of 40% to 45% redundancies bandied about (although I can't confirm this) and some senior Managers, especially from the Halifax side, will be jumping ship very soon. Those left after the cull will be expected to work harder and probably for less pay, so it won't be a great deal of fun particularly for the call centre threat monkeys who will be expected to reach very tough new targets with absolutely no excuses accepted for failure. Not much fun in these days of consumer enlightenment, so If I were you Mark, I'd start looking for a proper job sooner rather than later because within a few months you won't know what's hit you. - Joshua replies to JoshuaI was so damn pissed! when i did some research on you pal. my Mark, oh Mark, do you thought you can get away with this?, you are an undercover debt collector aren't you? we now know that you know work for the MI-16 Sector 2 pal you work for the Intelligents Beareau. Get to you soon!
- Joshua replies to Fred BassettNot to worry Mark as a decent job, he works for the MI-16.
- Rinoa| 1 replyI've been getting loads of calls from this number, claiming to be Lloyds TSB and SCM but I've never had an account with Lloyds, should I be worried about identity theft or is it just a scam? I don't think I should be too worried as they keep calling me Mr., when I'm female...
- Caller: Lloyds TSB/SCM
