This number has called everday for the last week and despite being told where to go in no uncertain terms they continue to call. I have caller display and now just don't bother to answer the phone............

Had a call today, Indian sounding woman gave me my name and asked me to confirm DOB & address. I said you called me you should know who you're talking to, I then asked why she was phoning...
Her: "I cannot tell you that if you do not confirm your details.'
Me: "You phoned me, I confirmed who I am, you tell me why you're phoning first."
Her: "Please confirm your DOB and address."
Me: "Why?"
Her: "I cannot tell you that if you do not confirm your details.'
Me: "You phoned me, I confirmed who I am, you tell me why you're phoning first."
(and so on)
Eventually - I told her that I am not prepared to give out sensitive information to random callers who cannot tell me why they are calling.
Her: "You will need to contact your LloydsTSB branch then"
Me: "Why?"
Her: "I cannot tell you that if you do not confirm your details.'
etc..etc..etc.. I hung up in the end.
Dunno who they are, but I did phone LloydsTSB Card Services who did some digging, apparently there's a flag on a loan in joint names with my wife, even though I've never signed a loan agreement!

Headed into my local Lloyds brach tomorrow to get this stuff sorted.

Just answered the phone at my place of work; there was nobody at the other end.  Did 1471 and it came up with this number.

started getn calls from this no i didnt recognise it do i dont answer it on my mobile as im driving or busy doing other things  annoying 2 say the least

i get 2-3 calls every day and i mean every day even before 8am...getting really fed up with it now....what can i do ?

i am sick to the back teeth of getting calls from this number.....we have NEVER had any dealings with Lloyds/ TSB. they are looking for the person who had the phone number before us.......i have tried being nice and telling them not to call as i dont know him......i just dont answer the phone now but they never speak into the answering machine

I just got a call from this number today and when asked who they were they said they were  a solicitors acting on behalf of Lloyds TSB.  Told them I wasn't available and hung up!

I had a call from this number on my land line, advised the lady that I would not be disclosing any information over the phone and if there was a problem with my account I would go into my local branch.  Asked her to take me off their list.

5minutes later I received a call from the SAME WOMAN on my mobile.. although her name was different this time.  Explained again in very simple english that I am not stupid, I know she was the same person who contacted me on my land line and that I would contact her offices and report her for harrassment.  6 weeks later...after weeks of not hearing from them.. a missed call today from them!!

Going to leave Lloyds TSB - their customer services is shocking!!

for the past few weeks i have none stopped getting a call from this number i have never answerd it but now it is doing my head in like they have no reason to keep calling me morning and night they need to leave me alone

Had a call today from the above number stating they were from Lloyds tsb and directly asked me to   comfirm my name and then asked me for my postcode I told her no and hung up. This is not the first time I have had calls from this number.

I am being bombarded by calls from this number (but sometimes a 0843 number) and it is always a person with a strong indian accent that i can't understand.  They call day and night in the week and at weekends.  I am paying off an old credit card but their calls are causing stress and worry.

hi had a call from this number 01273743574 they appear to know your name and say they are from llyods tsb and call sundays at like 3.00pm and so on and keep calling.

Both me and my mum have both had phone calls off this number at all times of day and night(inc Sundays which by law banks are not allowed to contact you on) we have been into this bank this morning and Lloyds TSB have never heard of this number they have said that should the Credit Card dept need to contact one of its customers then they will call off a 0845 number. In our case the house phone/mobile phone will ring and be answered (or in the case of the mobile we dont answer) a minute later the other phone will ring.

Its getting stupid now.

I get constantly harassed at all hours of the day land line & mobile by this shower -  Lloyd's TSB, even on Sunday's,  these over seas callers should respect our day of rest! we are expected to toe the line with them etc, how about some back? Lloyd's TSB are the cancer of the banking sector and a shower to avoid at all costs just look at the pages of complaints on here! When is someone going to do something about them? Who was it that bailed them out when their greed caught up with them? Us the tax payer, how they are still allowed to trade is a Joke! they should be broken up and sold off, let some of their workers see how hard it is to survive after loosing their jobs, arrogant Sods.

call number, no message, just rings off

My boyfriend recieved a call from this number at 19:52 on a sunday now havin previously worked as a lloyds call centre rep I advised him to hang up. He then told the caller that he would take this matter in branch and since he wasn't working in the local area could they tell him where the closest branch was to where he would be working funnily enought "they dont have this information" so he hung up. Also when i worked for lloyds we had access to a branch locator and we didn't do calls on a sunday as branches are closed so if this is genuinely the CC side of things they need to get thier act together Pronto

For the past few weeks - almost daily - I have received calls from this number.

My phone has the ability to block the call, however, it then diverts to voicemail and they leave me a message upon which I receive a text. This has become harassment.

If you call the number back it says "you've received a call today from Lloyds TSB". It then asks you to call back on '0845 6006297'. That number seems to be Lloyds, but asks you to key in your bank sort code and account number. This doesn't sound legit.

I do not bank with Lloyds at all, nor do I have any business whatsoever with them!

I have complained to the TPS and I am also registered with the TPS. I have now complained to the Information Commisioner.

Not sure what can be done!?
