just had a call from this number, saying from Lloyds, asking to speak to Mr C Wilkinson...told him he could if that person lived here!. He then asked for my name and I told him to try another mug who might give him personal information and hung up.

My branch manager asked to speak to a manager in the collections department. They refused and in one case hung up on him. He gave me the impression that some departments are running riot in Lloyds. I didn't receive any calls from this number until I pursued a complaint with Lloyds. I get one call a day on average now, mostly silent.

Had a call for this number yeasterday asking for my D.O.B for security reasons before they could discuss what they wanted to talk about. I said for security reasons I could give that out!!!
Had another call today from that number, and no-one spoke!!!

just recieved a call from this number the asian on the phone was very rude and demanded to know my fathers contact details (he no longer lives with us and tsb know this) definate scam DONT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS go into your local branch and enquire with certified workers of lloyds tsb if you think you know what tsb might be phoning about

I have had lots of callls from these [removed:lang]- always Indian. I have a small (v small debt with Lloyds) and do acknowledge that they may call, but 6 times a day is v bad. I have had an instance in the past of ID fraud, so I do not tell them anything. My advice is mention the police to them and they hang up. Everybody should report them maybe to Watchdog - DO NOT reveal anything !.

Have been called now for over 4 years, every time asking for a Mr David Bowen, who I am most definitley not.  I was given this number over 4 years ago by BT and am a terminally ill woman of 67. These unsolicited calls do not bode well for my health. I am now going to telephone Lloyds and tell them what is going on.  Did not know what to do before coming upon this site, so thanks to all contributors.

Hi I too get calls from these ******* idiots asking for miss martinez!! Told them I going after them for harrassment they stopped for ohhh 2 weeks and have now started again, just had another call!!
I have no dealings what so ever with tsb as I work for a rival bank myself!!

Got a call this morning asking for Miranda whoever she is . I do not have a Lloyds credit card or bank account.

Have had three calls from these pests this morning
Spoke once to them explained payment has left my account
Problem at their end !! But still called twice after that !!

Had many calls from this number. Once they asked who I was, and confirm my name. I asked them who they were and their address. They replied they could not give me answers to my questions due to the data protection act. My reply, I can't give you any info due to the data protection act.
They usually call and let the phone ring once. On dialing 1471 this number appears.
Surely TSB should do something about this. This is nothing short than harrassment !

Have reieved 216 calls from this number 81 silent calls since November 5th 2010 and dont owe them a penny as recently settled account-have wrote and told them but seem to totally ignore just letter from LTSB to say they will investigate-call centre said meanwhile calls will continue-so its off to court monday with completed N241 claim form for £20 a call recieved plus expenses/costs-sorry LTSB but you have completely shown your colors - disgraceful practise. Shambolic public owned organisation
