Just had a call from that number and they just hung up. Something not right.

Not sure if you can still do it, but might try a reverse charge call to them and see what happens. After ringing 1471 it says that I might be charged to ring them back.

Lol!  they say they're from Lloyds.  They are the most unprofessional sounding people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to.  They ring about 3 times a day, sometimes speak asking for details and sometimes hang up.  I actually love it when they call so i can laugh at them!!  Do me a favour and do 1!  It's harassement.

I've just received two calls from this number (01273743574) one to my mobile and one to my landline. It was different person each time although both were female and spoke with different non-English accents.  Both claimed to be from Lloyds and after introducing themselves asked me to answer some security questions to ascertain that they were speaking to the right person. I refused and in turn asked them a few questions which they refused to answer claiming they weren't allowed to due to data protection.

I was also called by this number. Same story Indian sounding guy asking for my DOB
Said I did not want to give that info. So he hung up!

Getting 4 to 5 of these calls a day. Lloyds tell me that they know nothing about this - went into the bank yesterday, asked them to look to see if there are any notes on my CC's, bank accounts or personal loans and was told there were none at all. Not sure what this is about but certainly wouldn't give out details over the phone.

I have been receiving calls from this number and when I asked them to identify themselves they said that they were Lloyds TSB however I asked for a number to call them back on and happened to be on the web at the time, with checking this number through here and then telling them that they can carry on with their call, they hung up. I can only expect this is because they knew I was on to them.

Had a phone call from this number at 11:50 or so on a Sunday morning. I didn't recognise the number so I didn't answer. Having read a few posts from this thread I'm really glad I didn't! It's not cool to call me on a Sunday!!!

I'm refusing to deal with them today since Sunday is my one day off so I switched off my phone. I'll go to the bank tomorrow since I'm out and about anyway and get this sorted.

It is a credit card payment that is due. If you are phoned by mistake complain to your local branch.
If enough people complain they may look into it.

what the hell do you mean 'you're onto them'? its Lloyds collection department. Try speaking to them to clear this up. My god some of you appear to be complete imbeciles!
if you dont owe anything you've nothing to worry about, if you're a Lloyds customer, you should probably be speaking to them. Either way, be an adult and sort it out, Go into your local branch ffs. some people ...

Has anyone when  they've rung up before given them the wrong details then if they say they're correct and thank you you know its not lloyds and its a way of just getting your personal details whereas if they say no thats wrong and they have you your correct details they must be from lloyds.

asked for personal details, i said i'd give them to him if he could tell me what my address is, he then became confused and asked again for personal details, i refused a second time, he became aggressive so i stated "if i have a problem with my lloyds tsb account i would call into my branch and sort it with them.
They have called me twice since in the last 20 minutes!

I am receiving calls from this number throughout the day. I never answer the call but called from my land line which is ex directory. It said this call is behalf of lloyds tsb.  I suggest do not answer the call. I have been ignoring the calls.

i got a call from these people, around 4.55 pm today, they left half a recorded message, i never bothered to call them as ive read through the previous comments. Seems to me like a scam as from reading comments people say there from tsb.. i dont even have a loyyds tsb account....o.O also if they were a real company i would have thought they would leave a proper message.

since being on holiday i have had over 30 missed calls from this number .they claim to be looking for someone else when i tell them i am not the individual they are looking for they dont seem interested.
