Harrassment phone calls every day this week.

this is a company called capquest

they just keeping calling me from lloyds,asking personal info which im not prepared to give over the phone

With all these phone calls I'm going to have time off for nervous exhaustion..........

lloyds tsb credit card service, keep pestering me about paying off my card which i previously told them i could not do, i informed them that i would be unable to pay there £35 i owed this month because of finantial problems so what did they do---- put another £111.84p on for non payment and interest charges, this is within a 8 or 9 day period.. absolute disgrace..

"what the hell do you mean 'you're onto them'? its Lloyds collection department." - Not for long.  The share price is looking very bleak.


"Try speaking to them to clear this up." - No point in that.  Royds can't even sort their own finances out, much less anyone else's.


"My god some of you appear to be complete imbeciles!" - None of them being so imbecilic as laying to waste a multi-national bank that's existed for many years.


"if you dont owe anything you've nothing to worry about, if you're a Lloyds customer, you should probably be speaking to them." - Again, no point in that.  No good can come of speaking to Royds TSB staff.


"Either way, be an adult and sort it out, Go into your local branch ffs. some people ..." - Alternatively, don't.  Play your part in letting Royds finally die off like it so richly deserves.  And the prospect of that fills my knackers up like watermelons.

Getting calls from this number quite regularly now.  Always ask for me by name and claim to be from Lloyds TSB and say it is a business matter.  Last call was on Sunday at 2.30!!  I quickly hung up after filling their ears with abuse  Just try putting the telephone right by your silent hi-fi speaker then suddenly turn the volume up to maximum.  Fight back!!

Rang me 3 times did not answer call.  Tried to call them - Nothing.  This is so annoying can anything be done!!

very rude people calling for a certain person that doesnt exsist on my number then asking me for personal details

Getting calls several times a week saying they're from Lloyds TSB usually in the evening or Saturday/Sunday mornings asking for a person who has never lived at this address and I've never heard of them. When I tell the aller this they ask me for my personal details! Tried to be polite at first without giving my details but have got fed up with their pestering calls, needless to say I tell them where to go in a not so polite way now.

The legal recruitment for cold calls per day is 2! Any more than that is considered harassment.

I went in to see my branch manager this morning and he confirmed that it is indeed a genune Lloyds TSB number.  I referred him to this website and lodged an official complaint about the disgraceful and amateurish way it was dealt with.  Incidentally, I am a Credit Controller so know what I am talking about.  Utter incompetence!

Everybody should get on to your Lloyds manager and make a big fuss.  They might not do anything but you will feel a lot better!

Keep getting missed calls but they don't leave any message.  Did speak to a woman one time who asked for me by name, said she was from Lloyds TSB.  She asked for some personal details which I refused to give until she could tell me what it was in connection with.  She wouldn't tell me anything and I hung up.  I went the the bank instead to see if there was anything I need to sort out.  They said there was no record of Lloyds trying to contact me and there was nothing on my file that needs attention.  They didn't recognise the number.   Now I keep ignoring the calls.  If it was the bank, they would leave a message.  I'm going to speak to Lloyds again in person tomorrow.

everyday im having this number ring me on my house phone and mobile said his name was khaild or somthing like that, asking for detail and got really nasty when i said i wernt giving info out. now they call and dont speak to us its silent.

Claire, my Lloyds TSB manager confirmed to me that this is definitely the bank's debt collection dept.  Have you missed a credit card payment by any chance as I did?

I find it unbelievable that a BANK is asking people for personal details when we are told over and over again a) that banks don't do this and b) NEVER give your personal details over the phone.

I had a robust discussion on precisely these points with my own bank manager.  Lloyds need to get their procedures sorted out.  Don't hold your breath, folks!

I keep getting calls from 01273743574 and every time I pick up they put the phone down on me. So fed up I've put them on my reject list as they are calling my mobile. I think it's Lloyds TSB as I have had dealings with them in the past and they are very rude and difficult to understand and they never understand me!!

Rang my home number and i answered the phone, no sound or voice whats so ever then they hang up, bout 15 mins later the same number rang my mobile and once aagain no answer, people claim it could be lloyds tsb, but it cant be as Lloyds tsb dont have my home no. only my mobile number.

Pain in the ass.

A few weeks ago Cash Machine took my card for some reason, now this number calling me every day, but i don't answer it. Any ideas who is that?
