I had a call from this number and the caller said he was in the Phillipines (Manila)

Hello Baby Dil!

This number called me on friday night.  Bloke calling himself Tin from the Phillipines said he was from Lloyds/TSB.  I told him number is registered with TPC and he was breaking the law. Told him I am not with Lloyds/TSB.  He replied that he could not stop any further calls.  

Next day, when I was at work, message left on ansafone for somebody with a name I could not understand as the line was so indistinct.  Sounded like Mr Barry Hookin.  Message said to call Lloyds TSB on 0845 600 6393.

Next day, somebody rang when I was out.  Number was again 01273 743574.

I have only had this number since August. I think I have been given the number of somebody who had a lot of debt as I also get calls from some dodgy debt recovery firm from up north.

I received a call on my home phone no and mobile from this number today

Bunch of foreign little pricks - over 300 calls and messages asking for someone who does not live here. I have repeatedly asked for my number to be removed from their system but twice a day the little fu*kers phone. Getting to be a little joke now as I keep answering them like " hello thank you for calling the kill all the foreign call centre staff help line how may I help you " works a treat. Or Answer saying " Al Qieda call centre how may we bomb you "

Im sick to death of this number calling all times of the day 7 days a week. How do I stop it???????

Get a whistle keep it by the phone and blow it every time they call it will soon get on their nerves. You can't stop these calls but you can get them back in other ways ;-)

Has anyone recieved these calls in 2011/2012?
I've been recieving them for over a year now.
I DO NOT HAVE A LLOYDS TSB BANK ACCOUNT.
I NEVER HAVE. NONE OF MY FAMILY HAVE A LLOYDS TSB ACCOUNT.

I have complained twice. Threatened to take them to court for harrassment.
The calls stopped for a few months, then started again.

They always ask for ''Muhamed'' or ''Molomed'' an Indian woman, I AM SCOTTISH!
I have told them it is the wrong number multiple times.
They hang up and call back an hour later.

Can someone burn down their office please?

I feel your pain! I have multiple calls a day for years now. They have been phoning me every month for around a year and a half.
You HAVE to threaten them. Contact your UK Lloyds TSB. I said I'd take them to court, and it worked.
Unfortunately the calls have started again, but if you threaten them with court and harrassment, they will stop. They may start again but it is a solution in the meantime.
Shout and swear, call them pak* bast*rds. This annoys them.
They will hang up, but do it enough, and the calls reduce. Shout and scream abuse down the phone. Sounds horrid but it worked for me.
I don't even have a Lloyds TSB Account! Absolute idiots. They ask for someone I've never even heard of. I despise Lloyds TSB and hope the office that always calls me burns to the ground.

had these calls for months now.always between 8pm an 9pm lol.tryed EVERYTHING for them to stop,changed my number today,really need to work out how they get it.im not even with lloyds tsb.lol..anyone giving these people ANY details at all is just asking to be robbed..

I've been constantly harassed by these clowns for the past four months, i've told them countless times the person they are looking for does not live at my address but the harassment continues because they are too stupid to understand.
I once thought people who complained about foreign call centres were just being racist but i now know exactly what they are complaining about, they're not even properly trained, they never start the call by saying their name & the company they’re calling from which is very rude, i’ve always had to ask who they are & then they say they’re calling from loyds tsb (who i have never had an account with) i now refuse to deal with foreign call centres, i always tell them to get their uk office to call me & i advise everyone else to do the same because if everyone refuses to deal with them then companies will soon get shot of them.

This number is a machine which gives out the real number of 0845 600 6297.

Started getting these calls on my business line, asking to speak to my father..............he's been dead for 12years !!! suffice to say they get the sharp end of my tongue.

Caller asked for my DOB and Postcode

rang me and I gave a complete set of false details eg wron DOB wrong account details etc... Calls stopped

Ive been dealing with BLS Collections for over 10 years now so I think Ive got some experience with them:
You probably get letters from their PO Box Number 467E in Oxford and you probably consider writing to them:
don't bother- they wont respond even if you send them registered or recorded:  I cant find out as yet where the letters that are written to them actually go, but one thing is certain, the information contained in those customers letters are never ever passed onto any of their Collection Departments whether they be in the UK or in India: so you will have wasted your time and postage.  Whether this situation is legal within the framework of the FSA or the Office of Fair Trading I dont know but I am investigating this at the moment. This situation also applies to Lloyds Consumer Debt Recovery offices at 3 City Park  Drove Way  Hove:  they too do not respond to letters sent to them and also do not appear to contact their other Collections Departments: so again you are wasting your time writing to them:  this might also come under the 'dodgy dealing' banner.
So you can see that the whole of the BLS Collections set up is principally geared to harrass you on the telephone and also by mail without giving you the opportunity of responding other than talking to India at your expense:  so it is down to you but if you do ring them tell them that you are recording the phone call and that you require compensation for the cost of the call and make sure you get their full name: trust me-it works!!  Good luck.
