right the so called litter you sent me was 2 postal orders as a refund NO LETTER FROM YOU and this was sent to shut me up witch it did but you think it is clever to try and big your self's up on hear you also told me that you would remove my add from your scam site and it is still there and as for me treating your staff that is ball s--t your so called staff have threaten most of the people on your books so to shut me up REMOVE MY ADD FROM YOUR SITE AS I DO NOT WONT TO BE ON IT

It would appear the same scam is being run via the Escort site.

I paid £239 for 1 years advertising, I have been contacted by them saying because I didn't opt out of autorenewal the ad will be renewed at completion date and I'll be billed £2800 but if I pay today I could receive a 50% discount taking it to only £1400. I probably won't be trading at completion date and certainly will not be pushed into parting with £1400 - they were really heavy, said if I didn't pay £1400 today I'd be paying £2800 in 6 months time (I'm half way through).

This has to be illegal?

Oh and there is other evidence the site is a scam, not to mention their lengthy sign up - never seen anything like it.

To Scammed:

They will press you for the outstanding amount if you didn't opt out of autorenewal at the correct time. It will probably just be demands. They know they can chase the escorts because the escorts probably won't want to go to court with all the publicity involved. If they harass you go to the police.

Yes I guessed they'd think that, I'm not afraid to go to court. I've taken legal advice and have made contact with others who were scammed. I'm also not afraid to go to the police, they've helped & supported me with various issues in the past.

ER were promising male escorts earnings within a week, anyone who knows the escort business knows there isn't a market for straight male escorts.

I have been scammed by ufinda local.com and its sister company devdotbox.

ufinda.com and devdotbox are a scam. They are bullies and have not stopped phoning me for money since they got hold of my phone number. I have reported them to the authorities, and they are now under investigation. The details of their scam are with the police, but basically they promised me a website, I paid for it, but the website was never set up. They demanded cash, and refused a monthly facility or time to pay. They took unauthorised sums from my bank account, I have since changed card numbers so it won't happen again.

A company called Media Search Ltd are now emailing ex ufinda victims, aka customers. Whether they have changed their name, or if this is another company altogether, the fact remains that they appear to be peddling the same scam. The only safe option is to immediately delete any email from Media Search Ltd. Before you permanently delete it, unsubscribe from their mailing list and place their domain name into your spam/blocked senders folder.
