    I too have been scammed by these con artists. Panicked me into agreeing a cheaper rate as it had gone from £250 the first year to around £5000 this time. If i agreed there and then the would reduce it. They then phoned today to talk about the other advert I have. This time they threaten to take me and my mum to court if I  did'nt pay. I have put it all in the hand of a solicitor. Am £3000 down and no chance I am loosing another penny

    BTcustomer street did the same to us and billed us £500 one year and £3500 the next year i could not cancel it as it was a signed agreement and BT had me over a barrell

    It is funny how you respond so politly on the internet but not on the phone. It is also funny how you only record one part of the phone calls. Considering you dont do anything wrong there appears to be a ever growing list of complaints.
