how strange the lovely josie has just phoned me asking for my husband but refused to speak to me!!!she wouldnt tell me who the company was so i sugested she phone back when my husband was in, so far she hasnt.

We keep getting this number call us.

Now reporting it as a nuisance call.

Just got a call from them today, number wasn't withheld but wouldn't say who they were and asked for my husband. Does anyone know yet who these people are???

UPDATE: The company is "Credit Security Ltd". I think it's the debt recovery dept of The Abbey bank. Hope this info helps anyone else out there that get's bothered by them.

I keep getting calls from them as well EVERY SINGLE DAY! And they were looking for my ex flatmate who i believe owing some money from bank. Can anyone tells me how to block this number or avoid it? thanks so much for anyone could help and this number's just getting on my nerves now.

Yes it is Credit Security, they are harassing me over a non-existant BoxClever debt and have suggested I pay it first, then I can claim it back afterwards once I have proved I don't owe the money stated...

This number keeps phoning me, started last week...  Caller keeps leaving voicemail messages saying Casey wants Kareem to phone her...  My name isn't Kareem...

It's definately Credit Security (Another Debt collection agency) who work on behalf of Barclaycard among others. They called me to tell me I hadn't made a payment when it is paid automatically from my bank. Turns out they had changed the accoount details without actually informing me .....Professional ?????? I think not. And worse still they still think that the problem is me not paying ... IMBECILES......

Just saw the comment about them closing at 5pm. Yes it's true I was on hold from 4:30pm until 4:59pm and then got the "We are closed. Please call again during office hours".... Then they have the cheek to ask why people don't answer their calls ???????

I dont give a flying sh*t who they are, they ring and everytime i answer i can hear noise like a busy office then they hang up on me.... For gods sake wen sum1 answeres the phone at least say Hi then Bye  Grrrrrr

I belive it to be a form of Hoax calling ;) if they do it anymore i will be seaking legal advice

A woman by the name of Sasha rang and asked to speak to me. Giving no details or explanation. Just saying it was personal. That really impressed my wife. Mine was for a tv rental which went into administration. I owe nothing and had sorted the problem through it's originator Forbes Direct.

Oh yeah, when I'd finished my full days work 7 till 6 I rang to speak to Sasha.
It's quite true, they only annoy people during office hours.
