Got two calls from this number, each time leaving a message for a "Pauline Hamilton" - I've no idea who this is!  The guy, who calls himself "Mr Wilson" left a message with the date and time saying it was VITAL that I returned his call today - I'm certainly not going to waste my time, or money doing so!  We are registered on TPS so if I answer the phone next time they call I will inform them of this fact and tell them if they call again I will take further action against them,

This company has been getting stuck in my phone system for ages now and unfortunately for me, they have found their way to my voice-mail (designed for genuine callers who are trying to get with us and don't have the pin, for example the vets) , I have a soft-pbx system setup in a way that no caller can ring any of my phones unless they enter in a 4 digit pin number (that is only given to people i want to hear from). You sit there and say "but what if someone you have given the pin to also becomes a telepest in the future?" Well i have a system in place for those types of people also. I simply use the same system, but this time i place a instant block on their call. I have worked hard on the system and it works. I haven't actually spoken to a sales or marketing, or any telepest in fact since the system was implemented 4 years ago. If any of you would like to test it for yourself feel free to email me. Since this system is already in place for me, im sure it would help many others too. I think if more people use the system i have in place telemarketers would be screwed!!

Had a call from mrs grant today.. Very abrupt and rude asking for my daughter I kindly told her she's not in can I take a message and she screamed down the phone saying it was a private call and slammed the phone down. Very rude next time she rings il tell her where to go snotty cow. Thanks for letting me know it's credit security limited nice to know the address to!!!

Its a debt collection company named credit security Ltd or CSL for short. Been chasing me for debt to HSBC

Debt Collectors can't do anything except harass you and that is against the law. They are fishing for information about you and trying to confirm your name / details.
Did you sign a contract with a Debt collecting firm? Answer will be No. Never talk to them and tell them who you are. If you don't recognise and callers number then don't answer it.

Blocked them from making Nuisance Calls. If you have not already done so, then register your contact phone numbers with the Telephone Preference Service.  Once doing so, any company that attempts to contact you when you have explicitly told them to stop is in breach of the Telecommunications Act and liable to prosecution. In this instance, any further nuisance calls can be reported to Ofcom. Unfortunately Ofcom are not as proactive as the ICO so unless you want to prosecute the debt collectors themselves through civil court, it’s best advised you contact your phone provider to have nuisance numbers blocked.
Buy a call blocker for about £39. If you're not worried about keeping your number then just change it.

Keeps calling but do not give their company name.

This is Credit Security Limited. They call my father several times a week and leave a message to call Miss..... or Mr........ They are looking for somebody that certainly does not live there any more, if she ever did.
I called them back and they have promised not to call again. I will wait and see.

These [***] phoned my work new name Kerry Eaton I have emailed them telling them to remove the number as they have no right to phone my work

Debt buyers - tell them nothing and put the phone down on them

They keep calling all times and ask for a different person each time.
Havent a clue who they are. As each time I say that is not my name so they will
not tell me what it is about.

Just rang me .7.40pm..woman says she from recovery debt .ask to confirm my details ..said u confirm yours ..she ssid she sent me letter out ..thats not true ...she wouldnt give me email addres or name of debt recovery  ..just dent recovery ....not in debt .she said she send another letter out .i say wat address r u sending it to ..cant confirm this .so i ssy how am i guna get ur letter then if u dont know my address ...very nicely spoken she was ..but i say u rang before n said the same  ...u havrnt sent any letter ...but was on facebook .10 mins beforre with an ad saying somethong about eviction compensation ..for tentants .. i clicked 21 as it says ..lydia price is the name . 10 mins after my phone rings ....reported it ..but .  No one from lydia contacted me .mmmmm

Just received a call from them this morning, its Extra Energy's credit department.

I received a phone call today about 5pm.  I asked who he was?  He said his name is Michael Field from some Security Credit Limited, I also got his number.  I told him i dont know any of that company, as i was suspicious, he said he will send me a short letter, so i said, you do that. He didnt get my address. This is a scam, beware.
