Asked for "Michelle Crisp" on a voicemail message and said for her to call their number ASAP.  01296642100. The woman who called sounded Chinese. This came in as a voicemail on my mobile yesterday after I'd shut the phone off!

Called today 5 pm. Didn't bother to answer

Has called the main office phone at work a couple times leaving messages to get back in touch with them the same day, leaving a message for someone completely random.  Both times it's around 7pm.

Sounds very much like a call-centre with the lady reading the name from a sheet of paper with background noise of other callers.  Nothing I can do unless they phone during business hours.

I got a message from a Mrs Gilbert and she stated this number asking for me to call back as it is important!

I keep getting calls from thid number who hang up when answered

I am Ex directory, how on earth did these people get my number. I have never heard of this company, they just left a message telling me to ring back not asking telling....not impressed

Why do ppl think being ex-directory means they're nuclear bomb proof? it just means ur number isn't published in a phone book...nothing else. commercial companies have a million way of getting ur number

I got a call on my mobile, missed it so they le a voice mail then had a missed call on my house phone straight after with an automated voice mail........ What a joke!!

These clowns phoned me a while ago and refused to identify themselves further than "CSL" until i told them who i was!
Very aggressive and rude, THEY phoned ME not the other way round! How they got my number i'll never know but seriously considering changing it!
I don't have a landline, just a mobile and luckily enough it's a Smartphone so i have Call Blocker Plus on it. If you have a smartphone, find it on the app market/Google play or whatever, it's free and worth its weight in gold! Not that an app weighs anything but you know what i mean!
Having read some of the other comments, it seems this bunch are affiliated to Barclaycard somehow - as i never have had and never will have a Barclaycard, i haven't a clue what they wanted with me!
They should do their research better!

This is Credit Security Ltd (or CSL) - another vulture debt purchaser!  Ignore them!

rang me today, i didnt answer as i didnt know the number.  i typed the number into google and found all these comments.  Ive put the number on my blocked list!!

These people ring me every day and they are called CREDIT SECURITY LTD They basically buy up old debts that are usually out of time (i.e over 6 years old) for, I'm told £10, and, once you have identified yourself (NEVER do this) they will try and come to an 'arrangement' to get you to part with money. Anything over a tenner is profit for them.

They are no more than Chancers so tell them to Foxtrot Oscar and remember, never admit to who you are. Just ask them 'who is calling' and keep asking this question. Remember its costing them to ring you!!

CREDIT SECURITY LTD dont enter in to diologue with them. Tell them to **** off! They are a bunch of Chancers

For anyone using an smartphone, there's a great app called Mr Number that can be used to block unwanted calls and texts. I'm using it on Android but I'm sure it must be available for iOS too.

A company called CSL regarding a letter they sent... they asked for me on the voicemail on my phone and when they rung my home phone but it was my mum that got the letter.
