who do thes people think they are, not only do they bully people they call, i have been told by people who work there they are bullied as well, and yes this is true, as I worked with a lot of the staff at BT in Aylesbury, they are a pain in the a**e and I will not deal with them they got my husband and totally confused him , well done girls BT would be proud of your customer service skills

A warning for a mr khaizad.  Apologies if the wrong spelling.  This company has been ringing my number, ex directory, for weeks now with different names requested and today it was good old mr, khaizad.  I asked who they were and the caller perked up and stated credit security ltd.  I told them off and put the phone down.

Turns out they are after this name and I rang them to get my number took of thier systems to be told my number was not on there.  So I asked how they kept ringing me and told automated system wtf, so random, I presume.

Any how told they cannot stop it and I suggested if they would like a good old case of tinitus then keep ringing as I have been advised to use a whistle next time.  At least I warned them my number includes an whistle when they mention their name, not my problem if they keep ringing.

So mr khaizsd a warning they are after you, but your one of many I presume, but they all want to ring me, how toucing :)

Next time they ring and you clock who it is, tell them to hold on you'll just go and see if so and so is in, then leave them hanging on.

Another is and we can send a message that we are aware they are di*k hea** from this site, is to do as a local kids channel do and for some reason has me in stitches everytime is shout BOGIES at the top of your voice as loud as you can.

Working for their frim might become rather risky :) and maybe they will to protect their cronies have to make sure they ring the right numbers.

Are they so stupid that they cant accept people change numbers and others then get them.

My Mum was discharged from hospital yesterday and i am staying with her as a carer for a while. I went out to pick up a prescription and when i came home i found her on the phone looking for her wallet to read her card details out to someone. I took the phone off my very vulnerable mother and spoke to a "Miss Webb" who said that they had sent a letter and they call once a month to get loan payments for an old loan.My mum has actually been paying these people money but in varying amounts. When i told miss webb that no legitimate company would ever call a customer to ask for card details (an obvious breach of data protection) she told me not to get angry with her though i was not angry... just disbelieving at her apparent ignorance of the most basic practice of any financial company. I insisted she give me the number and company name and she said it was "credit security" and gave me this number... what is going on. i called them back it was engaged and then put me on hold. there is a very budget looking website which also says you can pay online but is not verisigned for secure payments. this all looks really dodgy. should i be calling the police here?

Look on internet search engine and type in consumer action group forums.  They will give you good advice and this company is familiar to them.  They will show you how to fight back and know your rights.

I am fed up of receiving calls for my son. He is working full time and unfortunately I am unemployed since being made redundant. I have explained he is not here during working hours and they are quite unpleasant suggesting he phones them in his lunch hour. I am fed up with this constant harassment and wonder if there is a way to block these nuisance calls without having to pay a charge?

I am fed up of these people,sometimes they hang up although you can hear background noise. My son is not at home during working hours and unfortunately due to redundancy I am at home to receive these nuisance calls. They are not particularly polite when they do actually speak to you. How can I block these calls?

This is Credit Security.  I kept getting calls on my work mobile. Rang them and they answered instantly.  Told me the name of the person they are trying to reach and I explained that they had left the company and the phone had been reallocated to me.  They said that they have now removed the number form the database - I hope so

i have just had a knock at the door for my wife a women from credit security limited . because my wife is at work she just gave me a card asking to make repayments for a debt it says she will call back on the 19 -5 -2010 her name is jan. when she does im going to tell her im getting my solicitor .

my mother has been reciving theese calls non stop she is an elderly pensioner with senile dementia .they call and ask for a christina bulgria my mother is deeply frighned by this and the womans gastly tone and frighntin manner iam extreamly annoyed an outraged that some unkowen call centre is able to get old of numbers so easily ive resently got the police involved i would advise not to give any infortion to an illitraite woman with know real information about you   ..if a find oot hoo she is like am gawny smash her heed in tha fukn bam simplesss smeercat,com

Received call recently from these idiots from the 01296 642100 number on my answerphone, can't wait for them to call back, will ask the female if she is from the escort agency!

I have been having phone calls asking  for the same named person for the past 12 months.The first few months I traced it to Dept collectors in Glasow but now the recent one is Aylesbury. Debt collector again. I said I would tell the police their number and then  it stopped for a while.This is harassment and can be reported.

Company phoned today asking me to confirm personal details that I wouldn't tell anyone who just phoned me and asked that without any clue who they were. Claimed I owed money to a company called 'Boxclever'

Long story short: They can get bent. Never heard of them.

They're not debt collecters as far as I'm concerned, and have labelled it "Prank Call", because they are just a joke.
