I've had several silent calls from this number. Just answered another one and was told they are a UK energy assessment company. Told them I wasn't interested and put the phone down .

Calling themselves the "Energy Assessment Company". Take no notice of TPS registration "We're not trying to sell you anything, so we can ring whoever we want, whenever we want".

Winkers. They are trying to sell solar panels. It's a nuisance call.

Another set of ignorant sods who let the phone ring long enough for me to get to it then ring off.  Not long enough for me to actually answer that is.

I'm disabled, a pensioner, I suffer with emphysema and have great difficulty moving about without idiots like this.

I am TPS registered to try and stop this sort of hassle. It's the third time this number has called and I've reported it previously. TPS say they can do nothing as I've not actually spoken to anyone.

My phone company, cable, can't block calls like BT's Choose to Refuse service.

I refuse to deal with cold callers, full stop. About time an end was put to this sort of thing.

Got another call from this mob today.  They seem to use different numbers.  Sometimes there is no sound, or it is an automated call, or there is actually someone on the phone.

The calls mention the government grants or I am also getting calls asking what energy company I am with (not sure if same company).  Basically the bottom line is they are phoning to try and sell you a product (like solar panels) or a service.

Now, I don't care if they can do a job (I very much doubt the work they do will be safe or cheap).  I did not contact them and I do not want contacted by them.  I am registered with TPS (that seems to work, not) and the fact they state they are calling on behalf of the government means they are illegally contacting me and are committing fraud as they are defo not doing this on behalf of the government.

seems someone has done their research on this company.  My view is they don't have the legal qualifications to do the work they do as they wouldn't need to pester folk with fraud.  Will also mean peoples safety is a question.

Called me today at 13.40 today. They didn't leave a message.

Called me today at 3pm. Left a message selling solar panels.

The message was "goodbye"  Who are these time wasting bozos?

Who do they think they are, I was woken up at midday after a twelve hour night shift, when I had only been asleep for two hours. Would love to return the favour to them at three in the morning!!

Received a call from this number at 1354hrs today.  Heard background noises, which sounded 'live', and then an automated voice saying 'we are unable to connect you'...  Absolutely no idea who's behind this irritating call.  Irritating, because I'm registered with BT TPS and these calls should not be getting through to me.  Does anyone believe that TPS actually works...?

TPS is clearly not working, never have I ever 'opted in' to receive cold calls and I get them every day from various businesses.

Got a call from this number at 11.17am today. One of many. However I have discovered a call-barring feature on my Panasonic phone. When this number calls, my phone checks to see if it is on my list of "pests". If it is, it sends out a "busy" tone and immediately disconnects the caller. So far I have ten of the most frequent numbers on my list.

Yet another call from this number, but today at 1123hrs I got to speak to a warm-blooded person.  Her name was Tracey and she was calling from Scotland representing 'an energy assessment company' (not named).  She informed me that I was entitled to a Government grant to make my home more heat efficient and therefore would I like a rep to call.  I didn't want anybody calling.  When asked how she got my number as I was registered with BT TPS she said, 'I was on the list'......!!!

Also received various calls from this number .... none answered!!

I have also very recently bought a Panasonic phone with call barring feature (up to 30 numbers) and have just added this one. Very useful feature!!

After 2 silent calls on 3rd and 11th March, this time it was Tracey from energy assessment company. Like everyone else we are fed up of energy callers,

just received a call from this number.  As the sun was shining I was in amellow mood and I very politely asked for no more calls.  A very nice young man called Callum said he would remove me from their list.  We will see.
