Absolutely AMAZING!!! When someone puts something positive on this site, it gets shot down in flames within minutes.!!!

Perhaps someone is trying to resolve the issues that some people may have with the afore mentioned companies, yet someone else wants to scupper any chance of resolution...?

I reiterate, try contacting Saga/NLA again and hopefully they can resolve your issues to your satisfaction.

Can not believe u delete certain things yet keep all the bad on here? Gerald Malcolm Barton is the king pin behind all of this, I have been trolling the web and this fella has been at it for over 10 years, including a stint in the nick. He can't expect to wriggle out of this one, surely. Smith and Young must be legally accountable in some way also, they were Directors of the firm from the outset (although it was for a very short period, does anyone know why this was???). I keep seeing fees worth thousands of pounds mentioned as well. My wife and I paid £149 for our Wills at the local Solicitors and they are excellent. Where has ALL of this money gone? The trail must lead to Barton. Where are the police when you need them most?????

We have had numerous consumers who have written to the companies in question, either they don’t get a reply or are directed to Express Law to the Shareholders. So probably not much point. It would be more beneficial to go straight to the Authorities. But more importantly, report it to the Police.

You seem very assured that they are nothing to do with Minster Legal Services (UK) Ltd, how do you know that for sure? We always give a fair chance, however you can’t blame people for being pessimistic when most of the reviews on here are that of a bad nature.

‘Insider’ Thankyou for your comments. Whilst Gerald Malcolm Barton may be the King Pin, the other named culprits should be held culpable. It starts with the Telesales people, then the Consultants and the Legal Department as they must be aware that what they are providing the consumer is not worth the paper it is written on. These people are aiding and abetting the crimes committed.

Then the ultimate responsibility has to lie with the CEO’s/Directors/Shareholders of the companies. Rest assured the Police are doing everything within their powers. Has anyone here had a will drawn up by www.minsterlegalassociates.co.uk in York? Have Minster Legal Associates also been implicated by previous complaints or association to the Minster - Express Law people in Gainsborough and Lincolnshire?

They don't appear to have been "validated" by belonging to a will-writers association. We have an appointment with them here at home next week but are rather concerned now after a neighbour told us to be careful and we searched the internet.
