I have had another post deleted?
I only put facts on here, i would like to have a reason when peoples posts are deleted.
From either camp.

I have just complained as my response to "Anon" has been removed as has the one from "Mr Stapleton".  I really do not know what is happening with this site.

just a small bug. We will correct it.

If users pretend to be different people, we remove the posts of that user.

I cannot speak for other posters but I do not, and never have, use any other name but my own, as you will see from checking IP addresses.

Nor do i Nan, never have done.
But in parliamentary terms perhaps it is tim to post in "The other places"/s
Might i ask julia why links and copy/pastes are allowed from other sites?

Nan Thankyou for your comments. Don't feel disheartened, we too do not agree with the removal of posts as new readers are not aware of the whole conversation and it's unfortunate that they don't see the cunning side of the Express Law and the lengths that they will go to.

However, we will keep going as this forum is working. There have been many clients that have come forward to wewillgivefreeadvice@hotmail.co.uk that don't wish to post on here due to reprisals.

Thanks for that.  Interesting that the post just up from yours was not put on by me!!.  I have no intention of going anywhere, but I will be reporting that post.  If the Moderators are going to remove posts then perhaps they can start with those which need to be removed.

If the messages are copied/pasted from other threads, the discussion becomes difficult to read, it would be better if you could just link to the post or the page with the post of interest.

We welcome your investigation and we are glad to play a role in it. As you know the website allows posting without registration, which is great because there are more people wiling to share their experience and information without having to spend time of creating accounts. The drawback is we have more spam and more people trying to game the system. That's why we have a few rules in place that we observe and enforce. Again, if we remove posts, we have a reason for it.

And the last thing, when you copy/paste articles from other sites, and we receive a DMCA notice (copyright claim), we remove the entire post.

As i thought really.
Dissapointing.

if you register an account THEN no other registered user will be able to claim/post under your nickname. Imagine people trying to post anonymously as "Julia" and getting an error "this nickname is already in use". That's disappointing.

With the greatest of respect, i registered and the result was a little more than "Dissapointing".

When they visit you at your home they may remove paperwork, leaving you with very little to look at or investigate.

Watch out for “sound alike” names confusing their services.
