express law ltd in doncaster ring out of the BT phonebook, i know because i worked here. they ignore TPS registers and breach section 11 of the DPA.

we all know they ignore tps, ring out phone book etc etc why wud you wanna work for a scamming iilegal company tho??? make the most of ya wages cos andrew young & martin smiths time is running out and i cant wait!!!!! feel sorry for those who just work there but also you shud know what you are doing is so wrong and everything on here is all TRUE!!

ok a wake up call for all who were involved with Gerry Barton i move house a few months ago n just got round to sorting things out found 3 boxes full of stuff from gerrys office mercury house gainsborough makes good reading plus i have cheque books names payments ect NO IM NOT SCARED OF ANYONE as im owed £6000 or there abouts!!! yes it is Dan and Michelle (or stig) to who it concerns pleae dont bother trying to get the paper work from us as have sent it all to a safe place and it will be forwarded to the right place for justice on my say (which will be soon) I DONT DO BLACKMAIL SO DONT TRY IT!!! if your guilty nothing to do with me its your own doing if not and you just worked there without knowing what was going on then please just tell the truth oh forgot also have the BACS paperwork here to good luck to you all!

there is alot of ex staff from gains who are owed alot of money from gerry barton, but like ya sen i dont think anyone will get it back!! dont really matter what paper work you got, think of all the stuff what the police, trading standards etc has got on gerry but yet he still got away with it!
I would love more than anything to see gerry banged up for life for the pain etc he has caused to people but i cant see it happenin.
As for stig you was very very close to gerry so how do we know you was not involed?????? no one has anything to hide apart from GERRY and those very close to him.

New protocol is in order.

My 80 year old widowed Mum got a call from someone who said they were from "Express Law" last week. They asked her if she was aware that the Government was encouraging older people living in larger properties than they needed to sell them so that families could then have them. OK, the Government IS asking such people to consider moving out of rented Council and Housing Association properties but NOT owner occupied properties such as my Mum has. They then offered to do all the legal work that she would need with such a move as well as "anything else" such as Power of Attorney which, thank God, she already has. How the hell they got her number I don't know!
Now Mum might be 80 years old but she isn't in her dotage yet. She took down all the details and called me straight away; hence I found this site. Well, I eventually found it but only after wading through all the bullsh!t that Express Law have managed to get on the first few pages of a Google search. Obviously I told Mum to tell them to "do one".
Can anyone tell me what is being done to stop these scumbags dead in their tracks? I get annoyed when I see this sort of thing on TV but I get REALLY ANGRY when they are trying to rip off my own Mum.

The fraud is being chased down, but what it needs is the law on regulation changed.
