you receive a reply we might be one of the companies we are speaking about on the forum.......


Please to anyone who is genuinely looking for help do NOT send information or emails to this person or company, The forum is basically a crock of rubbish as all that's happening here is a strange person is feeding off your misery for there own weird gratification.

this website is the same owner of the scam 800nates.com, basically they rubbish companies and allow ill informed scammers and people with no identity to place adverse information on the net then ask huge sums of money to have them removed.

Thankyou for listing the questions we asked you and the statement we made "please do not feel obliged to answer any questions that you do not feel comfortable with" These questions are not asking for any personal data (full name, address, DOB, income etc), they are merely asking you about your visit/experience with the companies in question.

The advice we give to someone who just bought a Will would be different to the advice we would give to someone who had bought a Trust.

We would like to stress again, that we are not a company, we're just a group of people formed to Protect the Elderly and Vulnerable.

Your comments seem very heated and aimed at us. When you and your parents have lost such a vast amount of money, surely you would be more concerned about that situation than who we are.

1, Why would you need all that personal and private information if you are not a company or qualified. I told you we purchased a will .......never mentioned trust
2, My anger is both the companies and people like you who pretend to help us but are just retaining a.nd gathering information,
3, Why would you need who visited us and what we purchased etc if you are not qualified to help.
4, Why do you say repeatedly email me for our details and qualifications. For what reasons.
5, as for our email conversations it is clear you did send the questions i have indicated in my other comments.
6 are you aware this site is owned by the same lady which owns the 800notes.com the site which is renowned for robbing small business through blackmail ?

lastly, you give the impression on here you are able to help but all you seem to do gather personal information on our transactions then say go to trading standards. My anger is most certainly aimed at people such as your self whom claim to be looking out for the old and vulnerable when in fact there must be another motive as you wouldn't want the information for any other reason.

1. We feel the questions we asked were not for personal and/or private information, as previously stated, it was just so we could better advise you on what to do next.

2. We do not pretend to help, we have made a difference to lots of families, you can read back through the forum for reference of this.

3. We ask for the representatives names so we can warn others who's working for the aforementioned companies so if someone reading has a visit with the same person, they know it's the same company they are dealing with.

4. As previously stated, we are just a free service, not a company.

5. The only questions we have asked you is those you have posted above on this page along with the statement we made "please do not feel obliged to answer any questions that you do not feel comfortable with"

6. Julie can confirm that we are not the owners of this site, nor do we have any control over it. This is just a forum for us to get our point across and so others are made aware of the aforementioned companies.

We are able to help if we know the circumstances, ie what products were bought, how long ago etc. But as you don't feel comfortable to answer our questions, we can't give you any specific help.

Why would anyone send you any information at all to an anonymous person ?

The answer they would and should not, you speak about help and protection yet you are the the exact type where vulnerable and old people should NOT be sending information or contact anyone whom hides.

I wondered if anyone reading this is a little worried about the lack of accountability of the said KW and co whom seem to be willing to rubbish everyone whilst pretending to protect the old and vulnerable and yet ask the old and vulnerable to send private and confidential information to a complete stranger whom refuses to give their identity and qualifications.

I guess we have another one of those horrible companies trying to get info from poor unsuspecting members of the public.

Warning if anyone asks you for any information which they use or retain they must follow the guidelines on data protection which does not include secret squirrels ????

I have read some rubbish in my time, but yours takes the biscuit.  Who set you up to try and make KW look like the enemy?  None of the questions were in any way personal or private.  You had claimed to be asking for help and the questions, as I read them, were purely to find out what your parents' experience had been. There was no request for their names, or addresses or how much money they were leaving.  The questions asked were purely business.  There was also the point that you did not need to answer any questions you were not comfortable with.  I may be wrong but it would seem that you and "Interested" are working together and I get the feeling there are no parents, and no will.

If " GERRY BARTON " is back and operating again, the more info the better. Lets find the [***] and let justice do its job! The amount of evidence out there is insurmountable. He is the kingpin! If he is back in the country and operating, he will go to prison again! Maybe all those poor people will get their money back!

jerry carrington and sam passi are now reps for prestige law who are based at ten pound walk doncaster, its run by andy hesketh and danielle shenton, there are unconfirmed rumours office supervisor is sanah wilkinson, we do suspect they also have other express law and synergy legal girls on the phones for them  were unsure who YET and we do know they are trying to poach more staff from synergy legal, prestige law are con merchants, dont trust them! theyre a bunch of traitors with no loyalty, dont trust any of them as employees, none of them are qualified in what they do, your wills would not stand in court if done by them & good luck with any trusts set up by them.
