DirectLaw4u called my elderly mother in law recently and arranged a home visit. Long story short... signed up to House Trust and Will writing for the princely sum of £1,400.00 Thankfully we got to hear about it in time for her to be able to cancel the cheque. The information on this thread was enormously helpful as the details of this company don't seem to be appearing elsewhere on the net apart from moneysavingexpert.com who were also helpful.

Barton did a runner to Australia. He was exposed by an Australian TV company a couple of years ago. He was still up to his old tricks. Hang around the Lincolnshire area long enough and I'm sure he will show up.

i know a family member made a will with wills at home ltd nationwide in doncaster we found a receipt but no will in his house, we done every check we can think of, certainty, solicitor etc..

still nothing,
