i have sent you a email the letter is about trustee annoucement they are no longer taking new member applications. the pension is heavily invested in uk commercial property which they say continues to perform well and inline with initial forecasts

Hi. I think this is just a smokescreen to hope everyone will quieten down. No contact for months, they have no working phone contacts, are being investigated by Ombudsman (who have no contact for months from them) and the Regulator and all of a sudden a letter comes out. These companies are beyond reproach and I hope Regulator does their job soon

Received my letter as well quoting Imperials addresss which Ive been to..just a small office belonging to a small secretarial company. They obviously think we'll fall for that. Mass forwarding to the Ombudsman and Regulator then :)

I've e mailed this new e mail address instructing them to get in touch with me without fail guess what no reply letter is a smoke screen there crooks and they know it

Yes I reported this to action fraud also pensions advice and the pension regulater but I have not herd from them I am now having a Solictors look at all my correspondence from Jp sterling and capita oak . The Solictors said I may have a case against Arriva my works pension for neglect of duty of care
