Nonsense like this serves no purpose whatsoever. This site should not and cannot be treated as a joke ,I know for a fact that certain people are working very hard that will re assure members that there investment was not a scam  but it certainly does not help with the nonsense that is published here.

Obv not a good clue if you havnt researched these people, twitter, facebook is a good tool for seeing what these people are up to and who they associate with.
Their partners like to post about what there up to ie Taking the Ferrari out today, luxury hotels etc.
The smart ones close down/delete there accounts or make them private, aka SCC & KD but you always get the slack ones.

Nobody on this forum is either joking or laughing (except the fraudsters).  Capita Oak was a scam, from start to finish.  100% of the 300+ members' funds were invested in one single, illiquid asset.  End of.  Whether Store First was (is) good or bad, that contravenes every rule and law in the book on pension investments.  The Pensions Ombudsman himself has described CO as organised crime and Imperial as guilty of mal-administration.  Ask yourself: why hasn't Mr. X been transferred out as a result of the PO's determination; why no proper accounts or audit? why no valuations? why no valid trustee?; why are Metis Law silent? why is Chant silent? why does Downs keep insisting the fraudsters aren't fraudsters?  But the biggest question at the moment is who or what is paying Chant's and Downs' fees?  The magic Thurlstone fairy that that produced non-repayable, interest-free loans out of thin air and that "were not connected to the CO pension transfers?  No.  The answer is that the Capita Oak members are paying Chant's and Downs' fees out of the 170k left out of the 10.8m (or 12m) total transfers.  And Downs says the members are not entitled to see copies of the Imperial bank statements?

Can a member ask Downs for the accounts, having signed some non-disclosure document. Can Angie send what she thinks are the accounts to this member, then can we have a statement from this independent member as to the correctness of both?

For gods sake woman, Imperial as an entity was guilty of mal-administration WHO was director at the time.
He is the ones we should be concentrating on and the person pulling his strings, and for gods sake don't say Ward.

Professionally Audited 10 m plus turnover, London prices ?
I pay 2.5K for basic accounts less than 1 m and that doesn't come under the same rules.

The 10m is not turnover. The accounts should be a piece of cake. Pleased to see that someone mentioned he has sent a letter to Metis Law this week, after all these months.
There is no auditor, that is the issue.

I think you will find HMRC are now redefining avoidance. Anyway, the Pension Regulator refers to this sort of arrangement as fraud.
Who would I choose?  A properly regulated firm of pension consultants like Towers Watson, AJ Bell and similar.

I think you will find we have to notify Hmrc of any avoidance scheme's, but back to the Topic as we are straying from the Title 'Who Calls Me' for Me the main guys are, in no particular order Angie, BF, SCC, KD, JH.

There is no need for an audit , what is needed and what I understand will be done is the production of segregated accounts .
