HMRC has produced a document outlining new legislation from March 2014 regarding pension liberation and de-registering schemes where the trustees have acted improperly or have been involved in this or are not 'fit and proper persons'. (google HMRC and pensions liberation and de-register schemes). It comes on the back of new pension schemes having to undergo more rigorous checks because of the liberation scam and makes the same conditions for those schemes previously registered.

They gave a contact no. on this document which I have contacted. Someone will phone back and Ill let you know what is the result of this

How can you write such a load of rubbish did you paid  for the legal work you did for them? Its gets me so angry that you cant give information becus of your professional standing nothing is professional about this lot.

I contacted HMRC pensions dept. and had a reasonably long conversation with one of the advisors who deals with such things. She asked me to send by email any documents I have regarding this, including any original transfer documents. She also asked others involved in this to do the same so that an investigation can get underway. Again, when investigation does start there wont be a lot of information from them.. Email as follows---------------

On a positive note, I can confirm that I have had over half an hour on the phone with Metis Law.
They too are trying to get to the bottom of what we have described as at best a poorly run scheme.
