I received a letter first class around a week a go from capita oak was headed capita oak update  and changes to pension legislation.

Current director of Admin company at Beckenham Address.
Retired from Chartwell last year but was re-appointed last month.
He has been given a diff Director ID Number for this appointment.

We have requested information from the Trustees for your transfer value but have yet to receive the valuation from Store First.  This can take some time as the assets are commercial property and a chartered surveyor is required to do the valuation.

This is a post on behalf of Metis Law LLP as we have been contacted by a number of you whom have raised comments on this site.  There are limitations on the extent of information that we can supply due to our professional standing, but we can confirm that we have historically acted for Imperial Trustee Limited, as Trustee of the Capita Oak Pension Scheme in the purchase of commercial property investments.  As a result of the contact we have received, we have sought to illicit an explanation from Imperial Trustee Limited, but like yourselves are having no response.  It appears that there has been a break down in administrative responsibility of Imperial. We are told that there are proposals being finalised to transfer the administration of the Scheme to another Pension Administrator.  We will continue to apply pressure to seek a resolution to this matter.
