Is all this back-and-forth relevant. If so can any relevant details to this case affecting the people that have posted be sent on to The Regulator and HMRC.. Otherwise a lot is getting lost (ie. my post alerting people to contact HMRC with details) in pages of I don't know what.........

Sorry Andy, your posts will not get lost but we are dealing with a number of Individuals who will get identified. I would advise all people involved not only to contact HMRC & The Pension Regulator but to contact Action Fraud as the more people who complain will flag an investigation.

I have contacted Action Fraud, and have had a letter from them to say that the Greater Manchester Police is now investigating this. --- So if there is anyone (perhaps previously posted) who is acting on behalf of these crooks, the noose is surely tightening--The Pensions Ombudsman and Regulator, HMRC and now Greater Manchester Police...

I hope they pay big time for this fraud.... Despicable human beings... No conscience

My pension transfer letter with cheque was addressed to a Mr Ingham... is he or was he a director of anything please?

As detailed before, Ive emailed HMRC and they have replied back saying that they will collate all evidence before them and if appropriate investigate further. Although unfortunately they will not be able to communicate any details if an investigation does ensue. Hopefully they will work with the regulator on this. I hope that people in same situation will ( if not already) have contacted both Regulator and HMRC (details in previous posts)

Hi all...just for info ..I have had an acknowledgement from HMRC..Alison. .just to say that she will shout when she feels I maybe able to assist...
Also aware of further work done by the Mail and Metis Law which can only enhance all thats being done elsewhere

I rang HMRC today to check the pension scheme number my employers paid into. It is a valid scheme and that is all they would tell me
