Has anyone tried to email this email address: info@capitaloakadmin.com had received a  letter from CapitaOak on about changes to the pension Legislation, but once again there is no contact number only an address to write to which is:
Imperial Trustees, 78 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4RH and the email aaddress.

All I could see was a £1 Company with Accounts Overdue at Company House.      

does this mean company doesn't exist any more why did capita oak say that the say are waiting on them for upto date figures this is getting really messy I had email back on 8th may saying it would take a while but now looks unlikely.

Kate, I know that it all seems desperate now, but we have to keep having faith that things will eventually be ok.
At least we have found others on this site and we are actively doing something.
The money as far as we know is invested in storefirst, which is part of Groupfirst and has investments of hundreds of millions. Can only hope that this business is healthy and not millions in the red. At least (as far as we know) its not invested in some piece of useless land in Belize. If money has been skimmed from our monies there will be prison sentences.
The Regulator is on this case and hopefully will appoint an independent trustee. HMRC is also on the case, and were very helpful to me.....Have you contacted both of them..... They have new powers to de-register a scheme, making it essential that an independent trustee is appointed (Paul could advise more on this possibility). They have done so in many cases like ours and have recovered the money. Things hopefully will work out but it will be a long haul, firstly to get a trustee to take over the scheme, and then to sell these things, which wont be easy as I cant see storefirst cooperating especially if a lot is invested.

Paul have you checked the value of all the storefirst / group first / group 1st companies ?

Andy if you check Duedil on the man behind store first you will see he has 28 companies at the last count. The value of these companies are shown on duedil to give you an idea.
Store first ltd worth 4.6 mill.
Group first 1.6 mill
Store first midlands minus 9.2 mill.

Morning.. SF is the end game...its getting from Capita Oak (How can a company that doesnt seem to exist have a pension scheme?) and Imperial and tying this up with up with SF (by that i mean proof) that is the tricky bit...

There was a Director tie up with wefindanypension.com Ltd(trading under diff names) and SF plus a  Fca warning which I'm sure you've seen.

Thank you, I have contacted everyone except the Prime Minister lol. These dodgy people are still about to rob people. Gocashpensions rang me other day re releasing cash, they will tell me who the scheme is once I get my transfer papers! I let them explain that they get 20% and they get 15, the money goes into a SIPP initIally. They wont tell me what scheme it is in case somebody tries to shut them down.... No [***].

Paul, I wonder if you can help. As mentioned before HMRC have the power to de register a scheme where the trustees have not acted in members interests. I have just read an HMRC document that say if they do this , there will be a 40% tax charge on the assets of fund. Is this true, or am I missing something
