- Graham| 1 replyHas anyone tried to email this email address: info@capitaloakadmin.com had received a letter from CapitaOak on about changes to the pension Legislation, but once again there is no contact number only an address to write to which is:
Imperial Trustees, 78 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4RH and the email aaddress. - Old-Mother-Riley| 2 repliesThere public records available for that firm. Have a look here and see if you like what is reported. http://www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/imperial-trustee-services
All I could see was a £1 Company with Accounts Overdue at Company House. - Ann replies to Old-Mother-Riley| 1 replydoes this mean company doesn't exist any more why did capita oak say that the say are waiting on them for upto date figures this is getting really messy I had email back on 8th may saying it would take a while but now looks unlikely.
- paul t replies to GrahamMany have Graham and you get a standard reply..suggest you ask for a current and transfer values
- paul t replies to AnnNot at all Ann..unfortunately they do exist...
- paul t replies to Outsider| 58 repliesSaw that yesterday evening. ..see where it takes us...I went to that address 2 months ago..front of office says Pilgrim Trustees...
- Kate replies to paul t| 57 repliesNo monies ever coming back. Finished
- Den replies to KateWe can't give up now I know it's daunting...
- Andy 8a replies to Kate| 55 repliesKate, I know that it all seems desperate now, but we have to keep having faith that things will eventually be ok.
At least we have found others on this site and we are actively doing something.
The money as far as we know is invested in storefirst, which is part of Groupfirst and has investments of hundreds of millions. Can only hope that this business is healthy and not millions in the red. At least (as far as we know) its not invested in some piece of useless land in Belize. If money has been skimmed from our monies there will be prison sentences.
The Regulator is on this case and hopefully will appoint an independent trustee. HMRC is also on the case, and were very helpful to me.....Have you contacted both of them..... They have new powers to de-register a scheme, making it essential that an independent trustee is appointed (Paul could advise more on this possibility). They have done so in many cases like ours and have recovered the money. Things hopefully will work out but it will be a long haul, firstly to get a trustee to take over the scheme, and then to sell these things, which wont be easy as I cant see storefirst cooperating especially if a lot is invested. - paul t replies to Andy 8a| 52 repliesWE WILL WIN GUYS....EVENTUALLY ..
Kate..if you have not done so...regulator..ombusdman and action fraud... - Outsider replies to paul t| 51 repliesPaul have you checked the value of all the storefirst / group first / group 1st companies ?
- Outsider replies to Andy 8aAndy if you check Duedil on the man behind store first you will see he has 28 companies at the last count. The value of these companies are shown on duedil to give you an idea.
Store first ltd worth 4.6 mill.
Group first 1.6 mill
Store first midlands minus 9.2 mill. - paul t replies to Outsider| 50 repliesMorning.. SF is the end game...its getting from Capita Oak (How can a company that doesnt seem to exist have a pension scheme?) and Imperial and tying this up with up with SF (by that i mean proof) that is the tricky bit...
- Outsider replies to paul t| 49 repliesThere was a Director tie up with wefindanypension.com Ltd(trading under diff names) and SF plus a Fca warning which I'm sure you've seen.
http://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/we-find-any-pension - Kate replies to Andy 8aThank you, I have contacted everyone except the Prime Minister lol. These dodgy people are still about to rob people. Gocashpensions rang me other day re releasing cash, they will tell me who the scheme is once I get my transfer papers! I let them explain that they get 20% and they get 15, the money goes into a SIPP initIally. They wont tell me what scheme it is in case somebody tries to shut them down.... No [***].
- paul t replies to Outsider| 21 repliesYep...they were investigated by the mail on sunday some time back...tried to find a link to the "current" set of companies but to no avail

- Andy 8a replies to Outsider| 26 repliesyes, wefindanypension... prev director... T Whittaker (CE Storefirst), and also an online advert with that same twerp that does the Storefirst advert Quentin Wilson.
- Den replies to Andy 8a| 25 repliesI'm probably stating / asking the obvious but.. Quentin Wilson..not the innocent celeb we think in all this??
- Andy 8a replies to paul t| 19 repliesPaul, I wonder if you can help. As mentioned before HMRC have the power to de register a scheme where the trustees have not acted in members interests. I have just read an HMRC document that say if they do this , there will be a 40% tax charge on the assets of fund. Is this true, or am I missing something
