The man who I spoke to from Jp sterling his made up name was Paul. I like the idea of no win no claims how do I do that because I've got nothing esle to give. Except my earnings if we can get this in no win no claim I'm in after all Solictors are not cheap.

I have just phoned HMRC and have been told that if the admistrator is dealing with a personal pension then they need to check both HMRC and FSA registered. The call was made from work so recorded

Just found this forum as I have been trying to get hold of capita oak today as the have £20000 of my pension and it to was through Zoe from.jp sterling

Hi all I'm in the same boat as you all I've been duped out of my pension ..all £108k of it. My financial future looks bleak,how do these [***] sleep at night? Like some of you I've informed the Police,Action Fraud,The pensions Advisory service and am awaiting any news..so finding I'm not the only one does give a little comfort that maybe we could all get together and fight for some sort of justice..the initial feelings of shock sadness and fear have now turned to anger I didn't work 20+ years for these toe rags to just take it from me. I have quite a few names and phone numbers connected with Capita Oak and Imperial Trustees..Infact I contacted Store First and they confirmed that Capita Oak are still doing investments into their company!

On Store First's website I wonder if Quentin Wilson who is endorsing this company is aware??

I've also found the the solicitors who have worked with Capita Oak on their investments,Metis Law they're called ..I spoke to Richard Longton..he said he was going to look into this and has never got back to me

It is not enough. HMRC said today that they needed to have checked FSA checked also. They are therefore negligent

There is definitely some one accepting mail at the Liverpool address because I posted a letter demanding where my money is and someone signed for it..but no surprise no response as yet I only found the other address today so I'll be posting the same letter - to be signed for on receipt - to the Worsley address
