There are really some thick people on here. Instead of asking questions on a public forum, you have been told to ring Downs and he will explain all to you.

Its really quite simply to be honest. Yet as Downs has stated not many have rung him. Really quite worrying to be honest how people don't bother to call him, yet constantly moan he not answering questions.
