I think Andy is politely referring to the fact that the information you have provided is already known as per the previous communications on the forum. And he is correct that your posts have also been duplicated many times.
We are all in the same boat and can support each other to hopefully get where we need to be.

Well said. I think he is probably overwrought but the post did come across as rude.  Possibly he is not used to the site as his duplications are the result of replying to several people with the same post rather than any other reason.

Confused are ANDREW GRAHAM & ANDREW GRAHAM7 the same, they come across as two diff people to me !!!

I have not come on here to upset anyone, I am just so angry as I'm sure you's all were at the start when you all just found out, I just thought it a bit condescending, as for sending the same post numerous times I have a mental illness and I also sent the same emails to the addresses I had for JP Sterling, Imperial and Capita Oak numerous times with no replies I just felt no one was listening, but as no one was listening I thought this site was the same and I was totally wrong and have had three phone calls from lovely people all in the same boat and willing to help. As a few people thought I was being rude I apologize and it was the last thing I meant to happen so to those who are offended and feel they need to reply stating so so sorry please forgive my actions

No need to apologise it can seem frustrating but hopefully these criminals will be brought to justice.
You have a good person in Paul t looking into this. I am not directly involved but Paul knows my reasons.

Hi all we need to all stick together and not get upset with each other..The mere fact we are all posting and sharing our experiences is helping us all..Im sure I speak for most when I say we are to an extent frightened and feeling very vulnerable about the future...but there is a glimmer of hope we'll be able to get this resolved in a positive way. If we focus on that and keep in touch with the relevant people to receive up dates I think we'll be ok in the end

Guys..possibilty you may get a letter from Action Fraud saying there's note enough info..
Its the Regulator and the Ombudsman that matter with this...they will NOT ever say that with this scenario. ..stay positive
