I have never come across so much info in the last 6 months and not known exactly what to do with it...just hoping that these huge jigsaw pieces fit together somehow... - Den replies to ANDREW GRAHAM| 7 repliesHi Andrew..It's totally understandable how you are feeling mate but please don't do anything to yourself..I worked for Royal Mail for 21 years paying into the pension scheme for 19 of those years..these people have taken £108000 of my money and I'm determined to get it back..You need to contact the Pensions Regulator and the Pensions Ombudsman register the theft with the Police and Action Fraud like the rest of us have done..I'm not going to dress it up it IS going to be a long road but don't give up..I haven't, even though I'd be a liar if I said I don't get days when the enormity of what has happened doesn't hit me like a 10 ton truck. If we all stick together and keep the pressure on the authorities I'm sure we'll get somewhere..and we've got Paul T helping us who has been fantastic keeping us all positive..Keep strong mate you are not alone..same goes for you Karen..if we just roll over then the [***] have won...and we've all worked far to hard to let that happen.

The Capita Oak Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”)
This document provides basic information about he Scheme. Please kep it in a safe place for future
reference.
The Principal Sponsor of the Scheme is RP Medplant Ltd.
Other companies or bodies can become Participating Bodies under the Scheme.
The Scheme is an ocupational pension scheme. The Scheme is a Registered Pension Scheme,
registered with HMRC. The registered number for the Scheme is 0785484RM.
No contracting out certificate is in force in relation to the Scheme.
The Scheme is managed by Imperial Truste Services Limited (“ITSL”). ITSL is also the
Administrator of the Scheme. Contact details for ITSL are shown athe end of this document.
Neither the Principal Sponsor, any Participating Bodies or ITSL can provide advice to Scheme
members. If this is required, Scheme members should take independent financial advice.
Copies of the governing documents of the Scheme are available to Members – please contact ITSL at
the adres shown below.
Admision to membership of the Scheme is at he discretion of the Principal Sponsor and is subject o
terms and conditons. Members can terminate membership by giving one months notice in writng
adresed to the ITSL. Any re-admision to membership is at he discretion of the Principal Sponsor
and may be subject o terms and conditons.
The Normal Retirement Date aplicable to a Member is 65. Each Member wil be notified in
writng of the Normal Retirement Date aplicable to that Member.
The Scheme is a money purchase scheme – these are also known as defined contribution
schemes. The benefits under the Scheme depend on the value of any acount in your name under the
Scheme, although members do not have rights over any specific asets of the Scheme.
Funds of the Scheme are invested by ITSL. ITSL notifies members of any investment option facilties
available under the Scheme from which options Members may select.
Members may make contributions to the Scheme and contributions may be acepted by the Scheme
on behalf of Members. In al cases, the amount and timing of any contributions or payments is at he
discretion of ITSL and subject to such limitations as are required imposed. Aplications to make
contributions or payments should be made to the ITSL. For Members who leave the Scheme before taking benefits, aplications may be made for a transfer
of the value of the Member’s acount. You should do this by writng to the ITSL. The amount of any
transfer value wil depend on the value of the Member’s acount at he time.
Transfers into the Scheme may be acepted and if they are they may be subject to any terms
and conditons ITSL requires. Aplications for transfers must be made to and wil be procesed by
ITSL.

The Scheme operates an internal dispute resolution procedure. Details of this are available on request
from ITSL. Help and information about pensions is also available from The Pensions Advisory

It would probably be worth your while and take some time to read the posts from the very start, as a lot has gone on in the past few months. All the appropriate organisations are on there with contact information that most people on this have contacted. So please do this and contact them in the first instance, the same as others have done on this forum. .....Also I don't understand how your replies to posts are duplicated several times????
