I want everyone to look at everything and I believe that has and is being done. Do you really think they take any notice of what I think..? They make make there own decisions ..as you would expect...I give them info to assist.

I believe PT has done his best (although he didn't have to I might add) and he has remained  neutral. I agree there are many mixed views and opinions, which is the way it always is in this world. I also think AB has contributed some good Intel, and yes there is again mixed opinion.  Let's just allow the proceeding events take their course  I am sure the outcome will determine everyone's position whether  good or bad.

They tell people as it is in a trust they are allowed to access their money as IT is now not in a pension.

The HMRC do not agree and will charge people 55% tax on the TOTAL AMOUNT transferred into the trust

If only you knew what has been done ,i can assure 100 per cent that everything that could have been done has been done . I do take exception to your remarks  and ifyour opinions were professional then you would not have given them .

I wish you would stop posting, because everything you say just makes things worse for you. Its clear you did nothing other than drag your heels for 8 months and put up a smokescreen to protect the thugs who set this train wreck up in the first place. You did no accounts, allowed no independent audit, obtained no valuations, provided no information on the assets (despite the fact you had this all along) and tried to pretend Chant was running the show instead of Fowler & Perkins. You have lied to the members repeatedly (e.g. assuring them the assets were "safe") and there are various parties going to ensure you get struck off and your firm closed down. So please wind your neck in and pipe down. Once the IS and OR get their teeth into you it will be disclosed how much you have been paid by Fowler and Perkins, and I don't think you will be popular. If I were you I would ask your mates who flog Bordeaux Fine Wines if they can find you a little pad in the wilds of rural France where you can retire and live off your pension (assuming you didn't transfer to Capita Oak?).

Should an amount be disclosed by the O R (I don't think it will) Brians popularity will change...if anything it will be for the better having received the short end of sod all in 2015.
