Brian Downs of Downs &  Co has been involved n so many so called wine investment company's that have been shut down or gone out of business  its beyond a joke.

Downs is guilty of loads of stuff, that haven't  been proved yet .

No, the point of this forum is to share information on unwanted/unknown etc TELEPHONE numbers. Unfortunately, a number of threads, including yours, have been turned into a kind of "WhoCaniGripeTo?". THIS thread has absolutely nothing to do with the site's purpose & you should have set up your own website, with member login & proper moderation, then you wouldn't see all these asinine comments, misleading advice, trolling, spite, libel and so on. Have a nice day.

Well now bach you almost hit the nail on the head there,,you see...its also to help identifies strange telephone numbers and to warn folks about scams you see.... oh and not forgetting bad accountants and liquidator's see  bach  in the vain attempt that decent folk, and not just those who go to chapel to avoid be conned. and give a certain amount of advice on getting there revenge. But bach I now fear its given a lot of scammers new ideas on what scam to to get involved with and the best  accountants to use to help avoid being caught.

Its a far cry from the original intentions off this site I fear.....

This time someone from the pensions industry. I am sure the fraudsters and their advisors will rubbish this.

I can assure you i have never been involved in any wine business that has closed down but what that has anything to do with capita oak  i would dearly like to know .Please do not make such wild accusations against me , i have done nothing wrong in any way on this scheme because as i have said many times  the funds came into this scheme between late 2012 and late 2013  and were under the control of metis law , i came on the scene in late 2014 .Not difficult is it? By the way when i do post  i do not hide my name , i am not ,repeat not anon.

Matter of public record dear chap...you should try looking it up some time. You have regularly posted as anon for many months- easy to spot from similar lack of educated Queen's English (but perhaps your son?). You keep saying you only came along last October and had nothing to do with the scam but you were instructed by the scammers and deliberately avoided doing accounts/having an independent audit/getting valuations/providing details of the assets. You are instructed by Perkins/Fowler who set this damn thing up in the first place so you are not independent and you have deliberately misled the victims. Shame on you. btw, how is Roger's "sausage" biz going? (13 years at least me thinks - maybe more!)
