A little in the dark to be honest. .with the O R taking over..as i understand the communication  that was expected glfrom ITSL got squashed by the O.R which does make sense..

If they saw the last communication implying the units and the rent added together made a safe investment then I am not surprised they stopped any further announcements.

I guess like Paul T says everything is in the receivers hands now. Maybe wait for the outcome and do a collective civil case? Try to get back as much as you can. (I've wrote civil case but I'm not sure that's the correct term). These people have assets everywhere and they should be made to sell all.

It gives a clear indication of the ineptitude of the "new" team at Imperial. It was giving out totally misleading information, false hope as to the values and adding stolen rent to add insult to injury. None of the announcements were worth the paper they were written on.

I said that was not why the communications have stopped,a fact. I didn't ask if it gave incorrect indications etc
