Hi I looked on the duedil  website and found Sarah Duffell who was one of the 1st people I managed to get through to who worked for Imperial Trustees Services and claimed she was leaving the company that week (in March)is now involved  in another trustees company Chartwell Trustees Pension Solutions ltd with a Karen Barton who I've got paper work signed by her from Capita Oak!! These people need to be stopped!!

Look at Sarah Jane Duffell, people add or omit middle names to get diff director id's.
A few more under that name which link her to others who have been mentioned.
Global trustees pension services, Tke Admin services Ltd etc.
It's quite a tangled web when you look deeper.
See the guy who chained himself to the railings got a payout, according to BBC you and yours.

If we ever do get payouts I think we'll only be offered token 1s ..think he only received a few grand..not good enough...it is such a tangled web..do you think the authorities are looking into all the different connections these people have? Maybe we should all chain ourselves to the buildings

Yes, I agree that its frustrating that nothing tangible seems to be getting done. I can only hope that all those affected have been in contact with both the regulator and Ombudsman. I think the Pension Regulator is key here, and while its annoying that they cant comment on any case once they are involved, the best power they have is to appoint an independent Trustee to wind this scheme up and salvage the money put into this. I can only hope that this happens soon as they should've been investigating this case for about 10 months now

I like many others have been conned by these crooks, but I was told to use Capita Oak by JP Sterling who have since vanished, has any one else used them ? and are the crooks as well

Has anyone heard of a person called William Perkins he seems to be involved in quite a lot of all of this any thoughts ?

If you havent already gone to Action fraud, the regulator and the ombudsman, suggest this is the thing to do...lots of assistance on here if you can trawl through or contact directly if you wish

Gordon, I could reply to Terry in more detail but I think we are very much at the stage where we have to be a little careful what is said on here sir with the matter ongoing as it is....

seems a Legal company ( CPC Worlwide) have a hold of this and are asking people to contact them. Don't quite know what to make of it

My gut reaction...dont like it. .
This was not pension liberation in its known format. .yeah the 5% could be construed in that way. .but for me, it just looks like their standard paragraphs, nothing specific...no telephone number nor address jumping out either (yeah, North East, but nothing more...unless I missed it)..

Trouble is how can you trust any company that isn't a household name again.

A tip, don't trust anyone and if it sounds too good to be true it isn't.
Just think of how many tax paying people are employed by these scammers, how many Aston Martins, Porches etc who these people pay tax on, how many serviced offices who pay rates etc, how many employment agencies who advertise the jobs for these brokers, all the accountants & solicitors who facilitate these people all paying taxes, and finally when you get caught out by these people the Hmrc will want a tax cut of your pension.
Call me a cynic but to me its a win win for the Gov and they will do Jack.

Did u find that they were less likely to respond by email , always responded by phone. Yeah Zoe and particularly Paul sounded very genuine.
