Didnt realise it was largely phone rather then email..!
Personally, I would say household name for the pension itself (I.e the equivelant of our Imperial /Capita) I.e Standard Life /Aviva/Legal and General etc..with the assets within the scheme NOT being a storage facility ! ...A household name for the pension with well know industry names for the assets (Invesco/Investec/M&G etc...)

I actually asked during one phone call,  why do you ring me back instead of replying to my email?i had told them several times I couldn't take calls at work.  The answer from Danielle was that they were just administrators and  Paul etc were the consultants who they passed queries to and because of time constraints it was easier to call back.

Karen was you contacted by a Paul then? He did seem genuine..but I do remember him getting a little impatient with me when I kept asking questions which I thought at the time was a little strange. ..always listen to your gut :( he must have been filling in for Zoe on her days off 😠

If /when we get the money back would it have to go back into a pension pot or into a saving scheme? what sort of tax % would the government take?..even though it's not our faults the money would be floating..I agree the government are probably the biggest thieves. . Work all your life it feels for nothing :(

Yes Paul sold it to me, I only ever spoke to him , Zoe, Danielle and Frank by email  after the robbery. I wish that I had listened to my nags etc but settled myself with them being HMRC registered ....

Its a whopping great tax charge, anything from 55% upwards...BUT a while back it was confirmed by HMRC that this charge would only be levied against the amount paid I.e the 5%...

And yes, has to go back in a pension!
