Same perp as Ark.  So at least I know where he lives. BBC called me this morning so they are hot on the case and have already seen through all the lies they have been told by the various people involved. Seems Store First paid an investment commission of up to 30% so think we should ask for this back. What do you all think?

As an Ark Victim one of 486 who has been scammed as reported by the Times , Sunday Times I can assure anybody reading this article that if Angie Brookes had been a Lawyer or any official body , we as a group could not have afforded such a "" dogs b------ service , she has worked  a formidable campaign to bring the perpetrators to justice , those very people who you will find on here making such insinuations regarding her charges

Always a bit suspicious of "anon" posts.  There's been a lot of the perps on Facebook masquerading as Batman and Sid the Sloth but are actually the perps.  In the Ark case, the leading perp was charging 5%, then the second perp was charging 3% plus a further 2% of the 5% charged by Ark.  Then the second perp was also charging between 500 plus 1800 "administration fee" on top.  So, Mr. Anon (or Batman or Sid) lets have some transparency and honesty.

Lots of people masquerading as other people and things.  This is a murky world - problem is there is a lot of money to be made out of scamming people.  And those who have no conscience have no problem enjoying the fruits of their "labours".  Moving on swiftly, if you are up for a little holiday in Orlando, don't bother looking here because it is fully booked:

10k a week - nice work if you can get it.  Anyway, nice place to stay for all the Ark victims who are likely to lose their homes.  Might have to bunk up a bit as there are 486 of them (minus the 3 that have committed suicide).  That's 80 people per luxury villa.

Yes it is desperately sad.  Everyone is worried sick.  Just been speaking to one of the Capita Oak victims and agreed there are two priorities: the perps need to do porridge and the pensions need to be recovered and put into a proper, legitimate scheme once we get to the bottom of the assets.  All the perps hiding behind the usual smoke and mirror tactics.  They think they can just disappear and leave everyone else to sort out their mess, as usual.  But the BBC have already seen through their lies.

Heath Williams a director of Var One is a major player in the store first scam. You can find his number online. This is the person who needs contacting. The police are investigating him.

Var One claims to offer "offerings outside of the traditional regulated savings and investment products".  I wouldn't say that is anything to be proud of - there is a good reason why savings and investments should be regulated.  It is called PROTECTION.  Unregulated products are not protected.  Simples.  And no good IFA would touch this sort of stuff with a very long barge-pole.  Unless seduced by the 20-30% commissions on the investments of course.  And where does that money come from?  Out of the victims' pensions, of course.  Hope the police get somewhere with Mr. Williams.  But he is not the one they need - the main perps are in Spain and UAE.

Yet another 'Celeb promoting this '
I'm sure your right about the main perps but what about the surveyors valuing these things, the hard sell brokers who cold call, the accountants & solicitors who facilitate these people.
I agree Regulation is reqd but also a greater campaign from the gov, as I fear next April could be a free for all for these scammers.

Great tactic, discredit someone that is trying to help the victims.

I assume you must be an IFA,  judging by your incorrect use of you're.

Are you a member of this illustrious outfit perhaps?

    http://www.feifa.eu/Pages/MemberList.aspx

It says "The Federation is not available to all IFA companies. By only admitting Members following a relevant vetting and due diligence procedure, FEIFA provides consumers with an independent assessment of the regulatory status of its Member companies. Our Members also sign up to a Code of Conduct.''

Phew, was worried that something might go wrong.

I would rather donate the whole of my pension that you have stolen to charity, rather than let you have it! And believe me I do need it! Therefore any charges are irrelevant. Justice is what we want and the greedy evil thieves behind bars where they belong. What a stupid thing to say, have no pension because somebody has conned it or pay someone to retrieve it for you??
