- Tired| 2 replieswhen is some real action going to be taken against these people? now that the pods are too hot to handle they have the tarmac spaces to sell. They just move from one dodgy scheme to another and the revenue and other authorities let them get away with it.
- craig replies to Next 2 yearsa contact name would be nice,but yes i was given this promise by CL&P in the introduction,But as i have repeatedly said throughout the last 3 years,the the contract that was agreed between myself and CL&P somehow changed to a contract that i would never in a millenia have agreed too with storefirst. unfortunately the autherised signatury no longer works at this company,(strange that ) i even e-mailed mr toby himself,no response but a very serious (i promise you this will be looked into and sorted out).I am beyond understanding how you can get away with this blatant and souless rip off.Please return my call and explain to me why i would invest £30,000 to get nothing but lies and deception?The ball is well and truly in your court.

- We've replies to //seen TW@'s schoolboy replies to the media coverage in his 'in response to' articles on his own website. The man is deluded and his illness has been reported on here before. Regards the authorities, they've given out enough warnings maybe one more wouldn't go amiss. If The OR does his job and chases the 3rd year returns and value of the pods ???? Could stop others being scammed..

It's a 6 year lease (where the rent is only guaranteed for 2 years) to an established long stay car parking company adjacent to Glasgow Airport, adjacent occupiers look to be industrial. A quick [***] packet calculation suggests the vendor will be getting between £2.5m to £3m per acre for the land and it looks like they've got around 7.5 acres of currently surfaced parking, so clearing between £18.75m and £22.5m, assuming they sell it all. I don't know Glasgow but most of the long stay operators around Manchester airport are located in Sharston or Wythenshawe where the land is worth £250,000 per acre, I can't see land in Paisley being worth much more.
So they'll be selling land possibly worth £2m for around £20m, a nice £18m or 900% profit. Of course they do have a buyback provision, but that does presume they'll still be there in 6 years time - personally I'd be in Barbados enjoying my £18m. Obviously their profit won't be that high when you factor in marketing costs, legal costs, surfaced land being worth a bit more, etc - but it gives a good idea of how much money these guys could be making if they get enough investors.
I've not even considered the rental side - 8% return is around £1,650pa income. I pay less than that for a fully secured 24hr multi-storey NCP space in Manchester City Centre. Car park operators outside Manchester airport are paying around £250-£500 per space per annum. Again assuming the operator is still going in 2 years time I suspect the income will take a significant hit. - // replies to DavidThe rental will take a hit as soon as investors take notice of all the warnings and advice that is out there. If you do not get a fee schedule offered at the first contact then walk away. As for solicitors, a difficult one, if they follow the law and defend the action of their bent clients isn't that a fault of the system? Also, the more the crimes the more the fees. I think this is more about matters of conscience.

- craig replies to //| 6 repliesHiya //i have been gathering evidence over the last 2 years,keeping all correspondence and compiling a detailed report of every communication and their different reasons for different questions given by different personnel over the time since this so called contract began.As for the location being in a different place i only have that by word in my original conversation with CL&P employee Ben Newman,of who i am in the process of tracing.
