- Angie replies to paul tNot surprised - probably moved away because they got fed up with all the angry victims of Premier Pension Transfers, Capita Oak and Dorrixo Alliance banging on the door and demanding their lost pensions back. Must be very off-putting for a business trying to sell bikes and having their customers upset.
- Tony H replies to Angie| 3 repliesI never received any statement or documents once my pension had been transferred, didn,t even get the 5% cash back, just as well as the taxman would of wanted most of it back.
- Angie replies to Tony H| 2 repliesWho did you deal with? Anthony Salih?
- Tony H replies to Angie| 1 replyIt was mainly Zoe
- Angie replies to Tony HWhat were you told about the assets of the pension scheme? And was it explained to you that Capita Oak was an occupational scheme whose sponsoring employer was a shell company in Cyprus that had never traded and that you were not likely ever to be an employee of it?
- Karen replies to Tony H| 2 repliesNo I meant for the commission payment
- Tony H replies to Karen| 1 replyDidn't receive anything like that either
- Tony H replies to Tony HLast thing I received off anyone was from Capitia Oak with a letter about liberation fraud and a leaflet about it, what a bloody cheek, its a pity they don't live near me as I would like too meet them in person with my reply.
- The truth is out there| 10 repliesLets be honest people, you went into this for cash in your back pocket ..and you got got caught out, take a portion of the blame.
- Angie replies to The truth is out thereYou obviously know nothing about this matter so I suggest you stick to commenting on things you have some knowledge and experience of. Worst thing you can do is make uninformed observations when you really haven't a clue. Best thing you can do is apologise to the hundreds of Capita Oak (and Ark, Evergreen, Southland's, Headforte, Pennines etc) victims you have insulted through your ignorance.
- Mumma replies to The truth is out thereIf we wanted cash in our pocket! It's our cash not yours or anyone who thought they could take it, hard earnt and ours..for the years when we are to old and frail to work and to help our children's children to have a decent start in life. Do one and climb back in your box...
- den replies to The truth is out thereExactly what Angie says DO 1
It was OUR money that was that we worked for that was taken..not some get rich scheme. .Get a life and take the piss out of your playmates. .[***] - Karen replies to The truth is out there| 5 repliesIn actual fact I was told by JP Sterling that they were not a liberation scheme as it was illegal to access your pension before 55 which I knew anyway. My main reason for going into it was that my family would get my pension in a lump sum should I die. I have had health issues and life insurance is difficult for me to get. I was told they waived their commission and this was given as a bonus. Why would I only take 1k if I was liberating my pension? Hardly worth the effort. JP sterling obviously adapted their story to different clients scenarios. It is not right to steal from anybody and this scam is abhorrent. You obviously are not fully informed of the facts, or maybe you are one of the perpetrators? You can be well assured that I have berated myself for being so gullible but honestly believed that any HMRC registered company could only be legit.
- Hanoli replies to The truth is out thereMy guess is your either a director of the company involved or a financial advisor that has scammed people , because anyone with an understanding of the miss selling that has gone on here would not make such a remark , everyone was sold a lie , simple
- Hanoli replies to den| 5 repliesThe Ark Victims are a long way down the road on this one , they are making huge steps in the right direction , with the help of Angie whom has been a formidable force for justice and continues the relentless battle to fight ,, so join the group and lets all stick together
