Making the first transfer request on Monday.  Shall we include you?  Might be futile, but if we don't at least try it will definitely be hopeless.  Please reply urgently as the first few might get through before they hide the money and run for the hills.  If we can get a few out that would be great and then we can go for the main perpetrators in Dubai who hold professional indemnity insurance.  They have to get off their polo ponies and get down to business - committing fraud is no joke and if they are not careful they will end up in jail on Monday.

I've already sent transfer requests off to capita oak/ imperial trustees limited and have not had one piece of correspondence back. They directors are just a bunch of lying thieves and same goes for the so called staff who say they know nothing was wrong otherwise they would have replied!

Maria Orolfo is probably just a "white horse" but she would know who is really behind this - and as she is Dubai she can go knock on his door!  Going to put an APB out on twitter, linkedin and facebook.  If she really is innocent she will come forward.  Can all people on this forum please do the same?

Monday morning on the BBC1 Breakfast Show at 6.50 and 7.50 they are showing the Inside Out Ark Disaster interview again during a story on pension fraud.  Also put out an APB for Maria Orolfo on Twitter and Facebook.  Be good if all Capita Oak victims could do the same.

Thank you Outsider, that has just linked Maria Orolfo to this document that should be self- explanatory. I am wondering what Barclays Bank have to say about this and whether they know where the money went next.

( APB is an All Points Bulletin that police use to locate people)

Its one of many Regus type rent an office, favoured by the Scammers.
You should look at 145-157 John St see all the 'Investment firms' that use that one.
Fjp, Hudson, Portia to name a few. One with a link back to Imperial 'thro the socket' shall we say.
