Your absolutely  right, plus other scamming companys trying the same scam. If the pods were to be placed in SIPPSs then HMRC would at some point have had to agree to this, wouldn't  they?
Has any victom received   tax bill for there so called investment  as of yet?

One of the hooks the cold callers used to get people to sign up to this scam was the offer of cash up front on transfer but the accountant was not able to confirm where the money came from as it was paid from an account in a Northern seaside resort with no connections to the pension scheme . Why is their tax to pay?

It's potentially an unathorised pension pament pre age 55 though i am still only aware of one person approached re tax bill

Yes your right, but it wasent explained to persons about there tax liability on persons under 55 i believed,  so thats miss selling on a big scale, but i would imagine that point would be being explored at the momment! What i cant understand is how and why HMRC would except a storage pod could be part of any SIPPs.

Basically  this is more like a raid on individuals pensions

Also proceeds of crime act, any money  or assets  recovered through this act, dont they go straight to HMRC? So its a win win situation for them !!!

money recovered by the liquadaters will go back to the victoms, after they take a hughe chunk.

I wouldn't  get to excited. Normally  these programs promise  everything,  but deliver  nothing other then a warning. Still lets hope there's  a sting in the tail.

Have the liquidators  produced  a progress  report as yet ?
