Thanks Outsider.  Can call them at 6am tomorrow when they open (Sunday is the first day of the working week in the ME).  However, they are likely to tell me she has left and they have no idea where she is or how to contact her.  An email has been sent to her informing her that if she does not come forward she will be reported to the police in Dubai and she will be arrested.

You are aware she was only a named officer, and there is a 100% share holder behind her.

We will find her.  But she probably doesn't know much - someone will have paid her to have her name down as a director of Imperial and told her it didn't mean anything and she would have no responsibilities and couldn't get into trouble.  These people are very cunning and manipulative.  Mind you, if she is truly innocent she will come forward and tell us everything she knows.

I am urgently seeking to make contact with Maria Orolfo.  Your LinkedIn profile states that she is your company's Client Relationship Executive.  I know people have already contacted you - she is wanted in connection with a disappearing pension fund: Capita Oak.  She is the sole director of the Capita Oak trustees, Imperial.  She is therefore responsible for about 13 million pounds of the members' funds and is in very serious trouble.

A complaint was sent to the Dubai police this morning against Premier Pension Solutions (Stephen Ward) Spain and AES International (Sam Instone) Dubai in respect of two pension liberation frauds: Ark and Capita Oak.  I have informed the Dubai police that she is urgently wanted in connection with this matter.

Kindly get back to me as a matter of priority.  If I do not hear from you by tomorrow, I will inform the police that the first place they should start looking is your office.

Dear All

I am pleased to report that I have spoken at length with Adrian Oton of Europe Emirates this evening and he has confirmed that Maria Jina Orolfo does indeed work for his company and that on the instructions of James Hadley she was appointed as director of Imperial Trustees on 10.4.13 and although the annual fee for her role as a Nominee Director was not paid for the company's services for the year commencing 10.4.14, she remains on the Company's House register as director and will not be resigning.

Adrian has given me his assurance that all documentation in relation to her appointment will be disclosed and that the full cooperation of Europe Emirates will be given to the Ark Class Action in the matter of seeking full disclosure from Metis Law Solicitors in order to obtain all records and bank statements so that the funds and assets of the Capita Oak can be investigated and those responsible for Capita Oak, R. J. Medplant, Store First and Thurslestone loans can be brought to justice, fees and commissions refunded and the Capita Oak victims returned to the position they should have been in before being transferred to Capita Oak.

Metis Law's partners are all copied in to this email so that they can prepare all the required disclosures first thing tomorrow, Monday 29th September.  The Ark Class Action's legal adviser, Stephen Gilchrist of Saunders Law, is also copied in to this email so that in the event of any reluctance on the part of Metis Law to make immediate full disclosure he will be able to speak to them direct.  He is fully aware of the Ark matter and the principal perpetrator behind it: Stephen Ward of Premier Pension Solutions, who is also behind Capita Oak, so we should be able to make headway quickly.

I will keep all Capita Oak victims and interested parties updated tomorrow.  I am most grateful for Adrian Oton's agreement to cooperate fully in this matter.

I thought I would look up some the duties of a pension trustee.

-Act in line with the trust deed and rules
-Act prudently, responsibly and honestly
-Act in the best interests of your beneficiaries
-Act impartially

Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
•    -contributions
•    -financial records and requirements
•    -investment
•    -your professional advisers
•    -pension scheme records
•    -members
•    -registration, scheme return and collecting levy
•    -reporting certain matters to the regulator.

So, is it prudent to select a  company that provides nominee director services to put forward someone to act as the sole director of a trust company, given the onerous responsibilities of a trustee? Surely to appoint someone without knowledge or experience to such a position is reckless in the extreme, and then to leave her carrying the can too!

I am sure we can assume there is no Professional Indemnity Insurance in place.  

Europe Emirates being very helpful, as are Metis Law.  Lets see how helpful Alan Fowler and Christopher Payne are going to be.

Fowler is a new name to this, without plowing thru all the pages.
